this is like monzter march (draw a monzter and i'll redraw the winners) but with stories! oooooo! so now the people who can't draw can try to get a contest monzter!



this is a contest monzter and will no count against premade monzters. if you own a premade monzter, it must be in its teen stage for you to enter (there are 29 active monzters plus me, that's enough to level up your monzter). if you own a contest monzter from the monzter march (unless full grown) you cannot enter

you may enter as many times as you want (if you do so and win, i will pick the one i like best)

all you have to do is write a story about a monzter of your creation! i have some pointers to help you

i want

- want it to full of creativity
- want it to be unique (the writing and the monzter)
-want you to have fun!

i don't want
- don't want a novel! 2 paragraphs max! you can write more when the contest is over
- don't want you to be exact with your monzter's description, leave a little room for my mind to make it
- don't want it all to be filler and the last line about the monzter
- don't want the monzter to be a pre-existing creature (so no dragons, wolfs or unicorns)

here i go i will probaly edit a lot

A small monzter curled up in a ball, her Silver fur glistened in the morning sunlight as she slept silently, she awoke revealing to stunning ice blue eyes. getting up and streching, a small orange and purple flame started to flicker on the tip of her lion like tail, and on two small paws that where made for jumping up on rough mountain terrain. After waking the creature blinked her eyes wondering what kind of leafy place this was and why she was here, then she remembered yesterday, she sighed and thought of the two legged creatures that had chased her until finaly catching her with the the net that sprung up. She had been terrified and bit any one that came close finally the two legs shot her with something then passed out. She looked around for mountain lions, Even though she was small she could kill a mountain lion. After not finding anything she had to settle on an unfamilair fruit she found on a bush. She lied down again waiting to die, when a creature came out of the bushes "hello i am Spirit, who are you?" Spirit asked. "i do not have a name" She muttered to Spirit. "Well then lets give you one" Spirit said smiling. She thought for a minute then said "What about... SilverIce"Spirit said. "Silverice a little long isnt it what about Silver for short" The newly named Silver smiled at Spirit "oh and Spirit can you help me get back home to the mountains?" Silver shifted nervously "Sure that be fun, oh and the mountains are closer than you think" Spirit smiled then loped off her. Silver was puzzled but ran after her. After a short while of Running they finally came to a stop. Once Silver had regained her breath she took alook around her surroundings, there was a river then a huge field and not too far off there were the mountains. "how long will it take to travel?" Silver asked "um, probaly about two days" Spirit ansered. They set off at a slow jog. After about an hour they stopped in some tall grass hearing a low growl, "whats t-that" Silver shivered. As if answering her question a big grizzly bear. It growled in a ruff voice "Get out" Spirit was the one that answered "why should we" Silver shivered as the bear answered "Because this is MY territory!" The bear growled and started to charge at them "RUN" Silver screamed then took off looking back to see Spirit. They ran for what seemed like hours but as soon as it began to get dark they stopped panting heavily. "lets rest here" Spirit said and Silver only managed a small nodd. Silver blinked open her ice blue eyes and saw Spirit Already awake. "we should probaly make it there in about an hour" Spirit said and started padding away. Once at the base off the mountains Silver looked up at Spirit "thanks for every thing" Silver smiled "it was nothing" Spirit said looking embarassed "ok well, Bye" Silver said then started to jump "bye" said spirit.

"I'll be your friend." Sara said, softly.
"What?" asked the voice, sounding as if it didn't believe what it was hearing.
"I said, I'll be your friend." Sara repeated, more loudly.
"Are you sure?" now the voice sounded hopeful.
The new hope and joy that sounded in the voice made Sara consolidate her decision.
"Yes," she said, "positive."
"Oh joy!" said the voice gleefully, "I found a friend!"
Sara turned around the enclosure and suddenly spotted the creature. It gave her quite a start.
For the most part, it looked like the largest and longest snake she had ever seen, its skin an iridescent green. However, along its back was a filmy sort of fin, also greenish, only transparent and on the top of its head were plume-like appendages of all sorts of colors.
The creature quickly slid forward and wrapped itself around Sara in something like a hug. Even this was a little alarming, though Sara quickly realized what it was doing.
"What are you?" Sara couldn't help asking.
The creature slid back and cocked its head at her.
"Hmmm?" it asked, though Sara was fairly sure that it was a she now.
"I asked, 'What are you'?" Sara said again.
"I do not know what you mean." the creature said, obviously confused.
Sara sighed in frustration. In this pause, the creature leaned forward.
"Who are you?" she asked.
"I am Sara." Sara replied, then with sudden inspiration, she added, "What do I call you?"
"You may call me Priscilla." replied the creature, Priscilla.

(hmmm.... That might be a little too detailed... Its actually a piece of a story I wrote for the fun of it a while ago... Anyway, that's my story. ^^)

Blood red eyes pierced through the darkness. A pale, velvety pelt followed it. It glared at the intruders. Or, at least, what it thought they were. Anyone who had the nerves to cross over it's borders better be ready for it! It enjoyed the thought of it chasing intruders across land, growling deeply and claws tearing up the ground at every step. It grinned and enjoyed the feel of it's long, pointed teeth. It's long tail curled behind it and it's legs tensed and it took a few steps forward.
So did the intruders.
The creature squeaked and hid behind a tree, hoping they wouldn't notice it. Deciding climbing up would be best, it gripped the bark with it's stumpy claws and dragged itself up. It wasn't the tough beast it thought itself to be... Yet? It had never met one of it's own, therefore it knew nothing about itself, other then the pale pelt and red eyes.

From the depths of my lair I waited and watched, feeding on the despair of lost travelers as the passed, never once showing myself until the shadows started to become a part of me. I spent my days remembering, remembering the feel of the wind on my face and the sun on my back. How the birds had sung from the treetops and how the river had flowed, glimmering fish slipping in and out of view. I remembered the world when it had first been created, all light and beauty and how I had ruled, loved and respected. But always those happy thoughts once again became clouded and covered by my strongest memory, that of my defeat. I remembered it's eyes the most, blood thirsty and cruel, how it's fangs and teeth ripped my flesh until I cried for mercy. I growled, a sound like the rumbling of the earth as the thought of him ruling my land, destroying it. He was called the Kejam Satu, cruel one.

So for centuries upon centuries I hid, waiting, feeding, dying. Protecting the one thing in my life that mattered. A single egg, a daughter who would carry on my memory, and maybe someday take back the land that is rightfully hers. My time has grown short and as I look at my egg, an orb of of the brightest blue mixed with the darkest of black as if the shadows that had over-come me had been passed on to it. I sigh and rest my head on the ground and fold my leathery wings, staring at the swirling colors. If I could live to see it hatch I would have called her Asmara, Love, for she holds all the love I have ever possessed. I close my eyes and dream for the last time before taking my last breath and slipping into the gentle darkness of death.

(this is about the mother of the egg. i left it very open ended so that you have room to work. All the names are in Indonesian in case you were wondering. other than that I'll just sit back and wait.)
