Set up so the different groups are on opposite sides of the ranch. On both sides of the pastures, there is a barn set up for shelter at night with heaters and fans depending on the temperature, with comfortable bedding to lay and sleep in.
Optional Prompt :2 I didn't know where my love for cows came from until I was told that my Nana (Grandmother) on my mothers side adores cows since she had cows growing up, she has a cow plush now that I gave her that she cuddles with. She tells me stories of the cows she had growing up, how they'd rest their heads on her shoulder while they were being milked etc. I joined ABA to hang out with fellow cow obsessed people, develop my cows and herd dynamic, breed with others and to just have fun!
Optional Prompt :3 Starlight Pastures was originally started with the idea to adopt cows that were no longer needed for production, mostly Dairy cows that could no longer produce milk, to give them a nice retirement. And to also adopt bobby calves to give them a life rather then destroyed.
Optional Prompt :4 My founder cow is a Jersey heifer, kind and sweet in nature, one of the first to greet you at the fence, the first to moo good morning at the start of the day. Being one of the first cows at the ranch, she has earnt the respect of her herd and is boss cow. She is also a great foster mother to orphan calves and will always accept a baby, no matter what they are.
Optional Prompt :5 Morning routine begins in the early morning with feeding the cows their breakfast in the barn, then the barn doors are open so the cows can go into their pasture for the day. The cows spend most of their time grazing, laying under trees, swimming in the lakes and dams in hot days. By evening the cows slowly make their way back to the barn for the night and will be put to bed.
