Ok so back before Overlook Station was founded, Skyfire and Vixenspark were apprentices from neighboring clans, WildfireClan and QuakeClan respectively. Skypaw struggled as an apprentice, but when she met the fabulous and talented Vixenpaw she vowed to do everything in her power to impress her crush. And it worked! The two were silly flirty apprentices at every gathering and every meeting of a border patrol. Which clan were they going to.live in as warriors?

As it turned out, neither. See, Skyfire's twin was taken by humans in a horrid, dramatic way and Skyfire vowed to get her back. So she left. Didn't even say goodbye. Vixenspark assumed she'd been taken too and mourned. She mightve moved in save for life in the Seaside Clans becoming unbearable, forcing her to leave.

They wouldn't meet again until years later when they both happened to stumble on the abandoned train station that would become their new home. It was a joyous reunion, but stars they had a lot of catching up to do! Though truth be told, as grown adults they were even more comfortable with each other. Heck, they could even make plans for the future!

Except for one little sticking point: Skyfire's obsession with finding her sister. Rather than the living, breathing cat beside her, Skyfire kept worrying and fussing over her possibly dead littermate to a point where Vixenspark's already limited patience snapped. The two had a horrific breakup that resonated through the small but growing Overlook Station and lasted even after Firewind was found and safely brought home.

It wouldn't be until Skyfire saved Vixenspark's life during an attack by the Winter King that the two would finally reconcile and figure out how to be a stable couple again. Nowadays they're the sweetest things this side of the train <3

baby and eve are a pair of lesbian pranksters who fell in love after eve was the first cat bold enough to prank baby back. the two of them have teamed up to prank others of the clan. while eve is more discrete and varied in her pranks [from mild inconveniences to full blown drama scenes], baby is more consistent with her favorite weapons being sap and feathers.

the two of them get into a ton of trouble together, but the clan views them as the most wholesome couple of the clan. always together despite starting out so rough.

Flint,Flame and Ashes. They were known mainly as the three children of the Phoenix, however..they were much more than that.
Together they represented the beauty and randomness of rebirth, but seperate they each stood for their own thing.

Flint; God of Chaos; Domain of the red flame.
Flint was the youngest, chaotic in nature. He represented the chaotic nature of life. He was a jokester who wanted nothing more than to have fun in his life. He however loved the mortals, finding himself drawn to their every day lives.
His relationship with his siblings is complicated. He often pranks the two of them and never really grew out of his childish phase. He’s very full of himself and is very good at hiding his emotions, becoming the rock to hold him and Flame up once their mother is murdered and they flee.


Flame; Goddess of Fertility; Domain of the yellow flame.
Flame was the eldest of the three and because of this she saw herself as the caretaker of the other two. She is very motherly and kind, almost to a fault. Her and Flint have a complicated relationship, but they understand eachother.
She sees Ashes as a let down to their whole family and it is her one flaw. She does her best to raise her in their mothers absence but she is not good at hiding her feelings.
So it is a flaw that Ashes will constantly remind her of.

Ashes; God of War; Domain of the Orange Flame
She was the middle child, and perhaps always saw herself as the black sheep because of this. Middle child syndrome is real.
She was formerly only a minor goddess before the dissonant whispers that once took Verity came for her- turning her on to the evil side. (evil win!!) She never got along with her siblings, Flame was too busy trying to be mom and Flint was off doing anything but what he was supposed to be doing.
She eventually kills their mother and leaves to join Pandora's army in the dark forest.

Dawn is the type of cat to know what she wants and how to get it, with exactly the bright and kind personality her name implies. Mottle, on the other hand, has always been more of an oddball with his heart in the right place but his paws not always keeping pace. Somehow, from the moment they met, they just clicked. In an instant they went from never having heard of one another, to being known as the ‘where one was, the other was close to follow’ dynamic duo. And truly, they bring out the best in one another. Dawn inspires an uncanny cleverness in Mottle by keeping him on his toes, while Mottle sparks her creativity by encouraging her to think outside of the box. Their strengths have remained their strengths, but their weaknesses no longer feel quite as debilitating as they once did.

It goes to show the importance of having something or someone to keep you grounded in the present. As a kitten, Dawn was known for having her head in the clouds, much the same as Mottle was, but for the opposite reason. Where Dawn was always thinking about the future, Mottle couldn’t help but overthink the past, and that prevented them from making the most of the present let alone enjoying it. Nowadays, they’re naturally calmer than they were as kittens, with the confidence and skills that come from time and support. But they still have no interest in being apart, knowing that they’re better together. Admittedly, there was a period of time where they feared they were becoming co-dependent, and subsequently would be unable to function individually should the need arise. However, after taking some time apart, they realized that what drew them together wasn’t an inability to cope by themselves, but the love that they held for one another. And how could they willingly part after that?

It was over.

Corona Crest and Oceanic Sunset lay in the green grass, staring up at the bright sun. Behind them were the caverns they'd once called home, now a place they could never return. The third member of their little party was off hunting, the only one with any energy left. The two did not speak a word for a long, long time.

"I don't get it," Sunset mewed quietly, scooching over ever so slightly to touch paws with Corona. "We saved them. Why were we kicked out?"

Corona exhaled, shrugged, rested her head against Sunset's shoulder. "I guess they just needed a scapegoat or something. Honestly. You and I brought the singing stones back, never mind kicking those stupid bobcats out. We should be getting painted on the walls for that."

"It's stupid," Sunset muttered, though her frustration was muted by Corona resting against her. "All those other cats helped us too. And we're the ones getting punished for no good reason?"

"It's not worth harping on any longer. There's nothing we can do."

They were quiet again for a long, long time. Their breaths synchronized into one as they curled together, finding solace in each other as the events of the past few days caught up to them. Corona was right; there really was nothing they could do. They would never be able to go back home, to see the good that came of their actions.

They'd just have to make a home together.

It was Sunset who again broke the silence. "What do we do now?"

"We wait for Rose to come back. After that..." Corona shrugged. "We could go anywhere we wanted."

"Anywhere?" A pensive, almost hopeful look came across Sunset's face. "What if we went to find the ocean I was named after? I've always wanted to see it."

"Then that's where we'll go." Corona gave her a gentle lick. "As long as I have you and you have me, I think we'll be okay."
