Variation A: Pancakes are Round
1. Think your sleepiest, coziest thoughts. Like piles of baby bunnies, sunny meadows, what it would be like being blanketed by a cloud, you get it.
2. Lay down on the ground, but so you’re still mostly upright - with your stomach to the ground, your back to the sky
3. Tuck your head to the side, by your belly, and bring your tail over and cover your nose in your tail fluff. Think of what it would be like if an equid was actually like one of the smooth oval river stones, but also giant. Do that.

To get ready for the theatre you must construct a look of pure perfection and oops! you’ve caught Fefe in the middle of getting ready! Their booty is sufficiently powdered but they’ve run out of pancake for their front half!

Being so resourceful is Fefe’s specialty to come along as they make some more and share some theatre secrets:
1. Locate your nearest neighbour enjoying their morning meal
2. Kick it out from under their face! She isn’t getting stage-ready so it’s just rude that she didn’t offer her breakfast for Fefe’s benefit, honestly.
3. Spill what’s left in the bucket into a pile
4. Start smooshing in any manner you can, typically performing a tap dance is mutually beneficial to bring a smile back to your herd mates face so you can repeat the process again in the future
5. Once in a fine powder and sufficiently spread, commence rolling! This make take a few tries to cover every inch so feel free to practice your high kicks while your at it. Might as well limber up
6. Shake off any excess and let bake in the sun
7. Now you’re perfect and ready to woo a crowd or a mate or whatever makes you happy

1) Begin your quest:

Find a scenic wheat field. Take a deep breath. Whisper to the wheat: "I come in peace." Then rip it out of the ground with your bare teeth. The wheat won’t mind. Probably.

2) Expert flour-making:

Lay your harvest on a dusty country road. Dance on it in circles while singing an old farmer's song backwards. Voilà – flour. Or at least, something flour-like. Definitely powdery.

3) Eggs next!

Sneak into a chicken coop at sunrise. You may only speak in rhymes, or the hens will attack. If they charge, crabwalk away screaming “BA-BOCK!” — this asserts dominance. Grab the eggs while apologizing profusely.

4) Time for milk:

Find the biggest dairy cows on the farm. Stare into their eyes. Challenge them to an arm-wrestling match. If (when) you lose, milk will flow — usually from your nose after the headbutt.

5) Butter like grandma used to make:

Catch a goat. Tell it your life story. If it understands, it will cry butter out of sympathy. Collect it with a daisy.

6)Need sugar? Lick a tree!

If it’s sweet, rip off the bark and add it to the mix. Alternatively, steal grandma’s sugar jar — but pretend to be a piece of furniture while doing it.

7) Mix your “ingredients”:

Throw everything in a bucket. It doesn't have to be clean, that gives extra flavor. Spin in place ten times. Yell “ABRA-CA-CAKE!” If the batter is liquid, either you did it right… or you’re about to be chased.

Further instructions: Try cooking your pancake on the hood of a tractor (engine heat is eco-friendly). But don't get caught by the farmer!
