Canon Event Prompt - Day Care Life
Marty is twice a week brought to a daycare center, in the fenced playground area. Ever since Marty was a colt, he has taken a high liking to children. Marty grew onto the trips to the daycare due to loving children and the fact the children offered cinnamon treats. Cinnamon flavored treats are his favorite. The sweeter the better. So every time he visits the daycare center, the children sneak him some treats. Marty is often times following the children around carefully as if to keep guard of them. Especially any that tend to roam away from the other children. Sometimes he can even be found comforting the loners, depressed or shy children.

During one of Marty's visits, he was chilling with a group of three children that were far from the other children on the playground. Marty noticed a dog in the distance on the other side of the fence, then looked towards the gate of the fencing to the playground. It was wide open. Moments later the dog begun to pick up speed in the direction of the open gate. Marty perked his ears and trotted in the direction of the dog. He neighed loudly then snorted as he picked up speed, and begun to charge at the dog as it showed aggresion signs. Marty drifted out the fence and sped around the corner then came to a sudden halt and rearing high. The dog skidded and ran into the road to avoid Marty. The dog turned around and dashed down the street almost at the same speed as the cars on the road. Marty stood by the child crossing sign and waited there for several minutes to ensure there was no return of the dog, although the gate had been shut.
