Prompt/Art:
The entire kingdom broke out into celebration when it was announced that Crown Princess Elianora was expecting her first clutter. While the royal family might be controversial at the best of times, Elianora herself was a beloved figure amongst the populace. It was hoped that with her influence now spanning at least one generation, perhaps some of the wrongs might be righted.
Feasts were held; the sort where the rarest seaweed was broken out and shellfish divers hunted for the juiciest clams. All but the most essential work stopped to dance and play. This was an excuse to party, a hope for the future. The rough times were over now, they had to be.
As for the Crown Princess and her consort? The two of them found the whole ordeal particularly overwhelming. Elianora prided herself on stepping out of the limelight and Sphyrna was never comfortable with it in the first place. And with fry on the way? Why, the two of them needed all the energy they could get!
But the people needed any excuse to party, so they simply smiled and let it happen.

Prompt/Art:
A clutter would greatly impact Jupiter's Moons, and the Hyrdafelis within the group, in both positive and negative ways. For as long as either of them can remember, it's just been the two of them. Alopias and Isurus, Isurus and Alopias. They only needed each other, and were happy spending every day together, traveling through the deep ocean. The introduction of a clutter would cause a great change in the two's relationship dynamic and way of life, but it wouldn't be an unwelcome change.
The pair live a nomadic life together, traveling along the ocean floor by day and finding a new place to rest each night or when they grow tired. They catch what they can along the way. eating whatever and whenever they way. They follow no schedule or set plan, following the ocean's currents and staying in and exploring spots that they find interesting. Neither of them are really looking for anything in particular. For them, the journey is more exciting than the destination. With the introduction of a clutter, the two would have to make big adjustments, and put their explorations on pause.
With the understanding that a young fry would need some stability when growing, the two would make the choice to find somewhere semi-permanent to stay. Somewhere safe, with a nearby food supply, a covered place to rest, and little predators or competition. They both like the idea of moving close to the shore, somewhere with tide pools. The pools would be perfect, offering a place to catch fish and rest, away from the rough currents that may be hard on a little fry. While giving up their traveling may be extremely challenging at first, the two will eventually grow to appreciate the stability. They both know that the change won't be permanent, though. As soon as their fry are old enough they would begin their journey once again, raising and training their children alongside them.
Their physical situation wouldn't be the only thing impacted, however. The introduction of children will greatly influence their own relationship. While the pair know each other extremely well and make an incredible team together, they will face new situations and new problems together with a child. This may put a strain on their relationship, but both Alopias and Isurus know that they will come out stronger on the other side, no matter what happens.
Alopias and Isurus would welcome a clutter with open arms. While the necessary adjustments for an expanding family may be hard, they're willing to do what it takes to create a safe and stable environment for a fry to grow. The two will have a celebration feast together in their new home once the fry is born. They will tell stories, both true stories from their pasts together, and stories full of hope for the future. It will be a quiet celebration, commemorating the expansion of their little family, and looking forward to the new adventures in their future.
