i talked with catastrophe and looked back into my messages. i officially turned over Kespeare (june 24, 2018) to the user myth; but their account is inactive/deleted. i only have the messages i sent them since theirs were deleted with the account. i'm not sure where the ownership lies if their account is deleted- does it revert back to me since i was the sole owner?

No, the equid would still be owned by myth if you transferred the ownership of the equid over to them.
If the account is deleted, that does not change the fact they still own the equid as we cannot prove they haven't posted it somewhere else or don't still use the equid off of CS, which is within the rules of the species. For example, other users have left the equids and haven't been active in almost 10 years, but their equids are still their equids.

If catastrophe can sufficiently prove to the CS moderators that they used to own the myth account but had to create a new one, then Kespeare would belong to catastrophe. Otherwise, Kespeare is owned currently by the inactive account, myth.

Thank you very much for the confirmation, Sorren Fey. I would say given the confirmation that Kespeare had been transferred to myth; back in 2018, that catastrophe is the current owner of this equid.
