Before it was captured, the Equuiossa roamed the vast plains of Equuus-9, a world of bioluminescent grass and swirling nebulae overhead. With four strong, graceful legs and a sleek, muscular body, it moved like a shadow, swift and silent across the moonlit terrain. In the wild, it was a solitary creature, though not by nature—its herd had scattered long ago, driven apart by storms and shifting landscapes. Now, the Equui was a wanderer, its only company the whispering wind and the soft hum of distant energy storms.

Survival here was a dance with the elements. The Equui would stand motionless for hours, ears twitching, eyes scanning the horizon. Its senses were finely tuned to the world around it—each subtle vibration of the ground, every change in the air. With its heightened awareness, it would know when to flee, when to hide, and when to hunt for food. The planet's flora was unlike Earth’s, bioluminescent plants that offered nourishment through a delicate balance of photosynthesis and electromagnetic fields. The Equui would graze when the stars aligned, its energy drawn from the very forces of the planet.

When a storm would come, it wasn’t fear that guided the Equui’s actions, but instinct. It would find shelter in the thick, root-like trees that reached for the sky, their bark shielding it from the whipping winds and electrical surges. Its hooves, sharp and reinforced, left barely a mark on the earth as it moved swiftly through the underbrush, seeking safety.

Despite its solitary existence, the Equui was not without emotion. The bond to its environment was deep—an unspoken connection to the land, the sky, and the unseen forces that guided its every step. Now, in the Agency's stables, those instincts still stir beneath its wild exterior, waiting for the right moment to trust again.

He loved his family, but he was also very carnivorous…He always wanted to go out and hunt things, and he was good at doing this. Though he was also social around animals, he had a high prey drive. He is family could always rely on him to bring them food. His father and mother were very proud of him. He looked around for a moment, then ran off after one of the prey animals that lived upon their planet.

Days later, he was running around with some of the others of his herd. He had sisters or half sisters, cousins and other such. He and one of the younger ones, a year old filly, ran off together. They wanted to explore, and he was getting hungry again…They found some prey, getting it then continuing to explore. They found a beautiful tree and some water, then returned to the herd. They brought the food back for themselves and the herd. This was how the colt got by, by catching food and having the love of his family.
