He was my favourite dog for a long time, he was incredibly shy when he first started coming and didn't want to interact with the other dogs, and I made it my mission to befriend him and show him that daycare wasn't so scary. It took many many visits but he did warm up to everyone and we had a truly special bond. He'd always do a full body wiggle when he'd see me in the mornings and showed me how much he loved to play. I loved everything about him, and knowing how shy he used to be only made me appreciate the love he had for me more. He unfortunately stopped coming when his owners changed jobs. It's been over a year since I last saw him, I miss him every day and think about him all the time. His photo is still front and centre when you enter the building, and it's always bittersweet to see his beautiful face.

It was a very intense feeling to know there is no Mountain higher than were you are at right now, but also this whole trip shaped my future so much. It's when I decided to work on my self esteem and things like KNOWING I hiked the highest (norwegian) Mountain helps your self esteem alot. Without this moutain and this road Trip I wouldn't be as confident and as ready to challenge myself everyday as I am now.

THinking about different and important singers/bands that mean a lot to me, things related to different important dates in my life... but here we are. I decided to give them the name of my grandfather, as if there was someone important in my life, it was him. When I was small, I spent all my weekends on my maternal grandparents' house. I remember watching him writing his memories, how he gave me papers to colour and draw in them with a smile. I remember how he taught me to be gentle with animals, how we played board games, watched movies, how many good moments we had together that today I treasure. He was my oasis in a world full of confusion and fear. I loved spending the weekends with him, cooking a tortilla or ordering pizza. He was a very big inspiration for me, but sadly, he passed away too soon. Wish I could talk with him one more time, that he could see who am I now, to hug him a last time.
