Is there a marking/coat color guide or would we just base it off of real cats?

Apologies for the multiple questions, just wanna get a better idea of the species before applying! ^^

1. How exactly do full time vs guest artist work? Like, are all accepted Artist Search people always starting as guest, and if so, what requirement/time frame is there to be becoming full time?
2. Is there any payment/incentive for staff positions?
3. Are adopts allowed to be sold for real or fake currency? And is the ability to do so based on whether you're full or guest?
4. Is there any minimum amount of adopts that must be made each month? (and do nursery/RU/customs count towards that at all?)

Totally understand if you're not sure or don't have an answer yet to any of these, as Runaways is still so new! ^^
