On land he helps the brewery wagon pull up barrels when they are loading up for the next shipment, so from that experience people take a gander that his favorite way of exercise is a tug o' war. But during the cold seasons like winter for example, he will sometimes partake in sled pulling for his owner around the town.

Daily, they're released into the mountains, allowing them to hunt freely for some hours, between early morning to mid afternoon. They both always bring back a lot of prey (rabbits, birds, small reptiles (once a poor house cat, who was returned back to their owner), and small mammals. Sometimes even deer, and once a bear!), which is cooked and given to them. After coming back, they'll walk around the house before settling down and sleeping
