god i love pastel colors and coquette/cutesy aesthetics, i had a LOT of fun with this one and i love all these pups so much-- i hope you do too! ferrari gets to pick one pup to keep for free, then i will flip a coin on which of the other two will move on to the next rung of the chain. The next breeding has been claimed by Music_Lover, so after ferrari picks I'll get the next color-in ready for them! :3 onto the pup breakdowns!
pup 1 - left - valentine brownie
for this pup I took parent B's browns and used parent A's pastel pinks as their primary accent, then splashed some of the other colors (the pastel blues from B and the white from A) in as minor accent colors! I tried to keep this pup fairly simple to keep with parent A's design vibe, but added the back markings and paw markings from B to get some of their designs' shape language in there, and added the pink heart from B but on the front shoulder instead of the back. edit-wise they got their ears and major chest/leg fluffins from A, and their fluffy hair/mane and long tail from B! the eye color being an accent not anywhere else in the design is also taken from B. I thought it would be a cute detail to do the layered tail tip like parent B but shaped like parent A's cute heart tail marking!
pup 2 - middle - scene mermaid
for this pup I wanted to use the greys/blacks from B as the main body colors because I thought it would go well with the monochrome white parent, and just look really cool in general! I used both parents pastel accents (blues from B, pinks from A) and gradiented them together with the watercolor tool this time to match how parent A's smooth gradiented hair looks instead of B's more choppy solid gradient style. for markings I took B's back and leg marking shapes, then mixed in A's leg stripes and hearts. I used spots on the back like B, but with heart shapes from A! I included the funky multicolor toes mostly just because it looked cool admittedly, but the shapes of those marks come from B! I also took the spots on B's feet and made them lil hearts too. this pup also gets A's leg heart, but this time on their hind leg. for edits they got B's rounded ears, backmane, fluffy neck mane and tail length-- from A they got the unicorn horn, long hair, and their tail style (which is an extension of their mane, meant to look like a horse tail! I thought the beautiful long hair and unicorn horn elicited a unicorn vibe so I went full pony here). I think this pup just looks so cute and dainty.
pup 3 - cotton candy unicorn
since the other pups were looking more similar to parent B than A I wanted to go for one pup more in line with A's vibe-- ergo this lil white pup! I kept their design more simple to keep in line with A's vibe, and thought it would be cute to include the pastel colors mixed on this one too (I really liked how they looked on pup 2 and couldn't resist). for this pup I took one of A's pastel pinks, then B's lightest blue and purple color! I gradiented them in the hair with the purple being the in-between color for the blue and pink which looked very cutesy, very cotton candy, very demure. i took the spots from B's back as well as their feet/toe markings (but swapped the spots on the ankles to hearts again because it's too cute), and then the ear marks, freckles, and leg stripes from parent A. most of parent B's tie-ins come from the edit shapes which draw more heavily from them (ruffled hair, big mane ruffled chest fluff) but A also passed on edits too (ears, leg fluff, tail style because I realized I had yet to make a bob-tailed pup for this batch and had to fix that). they're scruffier than parent A to take more from B's style but they're still very soft and cute < 3
