Oh gosh, I love African wildlife! I really want to go one day. If I do go, the first thing on my list to see will be lions. Though it may seem like a basic choice, I have loved lions for a long time. Watching documentaries and studying their lifestyle is really interesting, and it constantly shows me that the wild is really unexpected.

For example, how they hunt. The fact that they can create a strategy and follow through with it shows the intelligence of these wild cats. Not to mention their strength, to even take down prey larger than themselves, with the power of numbers. Not to mention the fight for reign over a pride, they take it extremely seriously.

It's a really hard choice between the birds, antelope, Oryx's, zebras, wild dogs and more, but overall lions have really taken my heart.
