> PROMPT | lime wasn’t the best at organizing information on presentations, so he was a bit unsure of how to start at first. then, it hit him - start with the design layout! the chicoon scrolled through all of the presentation themes and fonts, picking ones that pleasingly go well together and match the overall vibe of his presentation. he also took the time to figure out where his blocks of text would be and even added some small animations to the slide transitions for a break.

now, all that was left was the text itself. lime rewrote his notes based on the topics he wanted to convey in the presentation and then worked on revising and shortening what he wrote to avoid the presentation looking like an eyesore and being difficult to focus on. for final touches, lime included some drawings he made based on his robot and made sure everything was perfect. Kai grabbed his computer with a sigh and followed the instructions on the board and typed to first title of the slide "Flapping butterfly Robot." Kai spent a solid 20 minutes on decorating and adding cool transitions with 3d models on the first side before actually getting to the next slide where he wrote what the robot did and looked like "Butterfly robots are robotic insects that resemble butterflies. They have mechanical wings that can be manipulated to flap." He added a cool butterfly flapping gif next to a gif of his robot he spent less time on this slide but still prettied it up. on slide two he posted a picture of the blueprint with some labels that read: Body: The robotic body of the butterfly robot, which has of framing, gears, and a main system. Wings: Artificial wings attached to the body that can be controlled through motors and mechanical mechanisms. Motors: Small electronic components that power the wings and enable them to flap. Power Source: A battery or other power source" Kai was already bored of this, so he slapped a few transitions and worked on the final slide where he simply wrote. "The end"

Puffy works very hard on her presentation, including many in-progress images she had been taking. Along with photos of her inspiration and what she was going for. The presentation was going to be on her favorite of her robots, the first one being the one that she worked the hardest on. She knew her presentation would be good due to her competency in doing presentations, as it is part of her job as a member of the board. She pondered for a minute on weather to add funky transitions but in the end decided against it as although it is fun it would be seen as unprofessional, something she cared deeply about.
