As you start to leave Poe waves at you to come by, the tired looking chicoon gives you a courteous smile and outstretches his hands, within them is an item, "Here, its not much but I appreciate your help while we try to find this little menace" he laughed softly "If you come back again tomorrow I can try to give you more" he offered, a flicker of worry crossed his face as he glanced back up at his messy library. "hopefully we'll catch them tomorrow..."

You receive... A Children's Storybook Poe cautiously handed you the thick book. "This is my favorite book in my collection," He hummed. "Although there are many similar books, this was the first of my book collection, and my oldest book here... I regret to inform you that you won't be able to keep the book, but I would love to allow you to read it- or join me as i read it to the companions that come by later this afternoon?" Poe motioned to the Reading Corner; excitement bubbles up within you as you recognize his invitation to a read-aloud session hosted by Poe himself. You feel honored.

You receive... A book? But as you flip through the pages, you notice the pages are eaten through- suddenly, as if out of nowhere, you notice a small creature who had been nearly invisible- it had changed colors to appear almost perfectly in line with the book's pages. You recognize it as A Bookworm? Poe gasps and snatches the little creature back from you. "Oh! That was my bad, this is a little guy from my collection," Poe apologized, "I'm sorry... I won't be able to part with him; I'm rather attached to these little guys." Poe delicately pets the small bug on the head with his finger. As you admire the small bug, another chicoon comes up; they seem just as fascinated by the bookworm as you- something about them makes you want to be their friend! After petting the small bug with a finger, they head towards the Reading Corner. You follow them in the hopes of catching them for a chat!

Upon closer inspection, you can recognize the craftsmanship of the empty book; the bindings, pages, and cover of the book are all extremely soft- you almost pull the book away in disgust when Poe extends his hand with a basic #2 Pencil in his grasp, this book didn't deserve a pencil so cheap! But you take the pencil out of courtesy- you can always use it for homework.

"The school gets bulk orders of these every semester- they're given to the teachers to distribute within the students; the dean always says something about a promotion or a sponsorship whenever he hands us them." Poe took another eraser out and looked it over carefully. "I'm not a teacher, but they still have me hand some out. Luckily, they're very nice quality... I even have a small stash of my own!" He laughed
