Art/Writing: bug pondered for a moment, little peets on his chin. it belonged to a community of buggy chicoons... perhaps a bug-shaped constellation? or maybe... leaf! bugs like leaf! a classic-shaped leaf constellation would be perfect. whether it represents their love of it as a food, or use of it in their homes or nests... a leaf constellation is the perfect, and obvious choice!

Alphi pauses, thinking, “Hm… I’m going to have to think for a second…” A second passes and you watch him bring both his front paws under his chin, he leans on them. “It depends on what would constitute a community, but even then could you really represent an entire community with one constellation?”

He furrowed his eyebrows before continuing, “I’d have to say, if we’re referring to the Chicoon community as a whole, I would say it’s Ursa Major.”

He seems stumped, “This is a really difficult question. I do believe it could be Ursa Major due to the size, but I could also be the Hydra for the same reason. Could I get back to you on this? I’d need to do more research.”

Art/Writing: Miles seemed to mull over the question for a while, resting back in his chair. He tapped his chin, a small exhale escaping him as he considered Chicoons and the legacy forged from them. After all, they were his community, right? Biologically more than any subgroups, any emerging cultures, anything at all, at the end of the day, they were joined by blood. Species, lineage. But still, almost remarkably, they had the capacity to recognise their severance from other species. Their sentience, their ethics, their complex social structures, there was more to a Chicoon than animality. Sentience held them together like a tightly woven string, but not as a constraint. As a tool. Miles' tongue flopped out of his mouth as he blinked, one eye after the other, his face reflecting none of the philosophical pondering he had ran through.
"Centaurus." He hummed, speaking not of the idea of harmony between morality, 'humanity,' and animalistic instinct, that the constellation perfectly embodied. "Because it's pretty, like our community."

Art/Writing: An inquisitive look appeared upon Druid's face as they pondered the question. Not that their expression really changed much. "Hm.. We all belong to nature. As such, there are countless patterns amongst the stars in the shapes of Her gifts to us. My tree is not just my own, we are all branches belonging to the same trunk. I see the same leaf, the same crow, the same mountain range as many others do," they mused as they pointed to each constellation mentioned with a paw.

Puffy thinks that the constellation that represents the community she is a part of is Ursa Minor. Easily recognizable but small. Perfect for the close-knit community with a big presence. The school's mascot is a bear, too, so everything fits together nicely. Now that only leaves one question: which community in the area is Ursa Major?

Art/Writing: Poe pondered on the question for a while. It didn't feel as though there was a clear answer. Finally, he thought of one. "Scorpius, I would say. A Scorpion's tail is often shaped vaguely like a common Chicoon's tail. I feel as though we can see our shape in the Scorpius constellation." Poe felt very satisfied with his answer. [59]

Miles pondered for a long moment, a whimsical expression painted on his features. He thought of all his friends and everything that makes them unique. The ways that they're unique surely matched the stars in number, but this time he had to think of something that brought them all together. "I think a flame constellation would bring us all together, as it represents us all."

Cryptic didn't really understand what they meant, he didn't really have a community, and he didn't often stargaze with other chicoons, so he wasn't really sure how to answer. he thought back to the night he fell, the other chicoons there were either focused on helping the other fallen, or were watching the shooting stars, not paying attention to the shapes among the stars. He thought for a moment longer before answering, "it's not a constellation, but i think shooting stars are my answer, they can bring a community together, and they're something that anyone would recognize"
