would you be excited in this species? it would depend on how it is set up and run, if it’s anything like range Trotter (at least with all the different breed specific genes) probably not I personally like the more ARPG like species but I would def be interested in having a few in my stables ether way!

name idea: I love multiple combinations of other suggested names. I think Horses Of ... could also work instead if ... Stock Horses. I'd also suggest Greenhill Stock Horses and Nordic Forest Stock Horses. Personally, I love Horses Of Evergreen/heart
would you be excited in this species? Yes, I would! I tend to have a thing for super pretty and realistic lines, especially cats, dogs, and horses since there are so many amazing horse peeps on CS, so look-wise, those hit the spot.
Now, they can be ARPG but I'm not very interested in overly hard and 100% realistic aspects. While yes, I enjoy events and a few things if you can find items or have a rare chance to find a semi-custom for a change, like a once-a-month thing if it's not too complicated. But it's not like I need it, I also have a heavy dislike if you constantly have to participate in something like horse sports which then tend to not get judged forever 'cause time issues, and it just feels forced to archive anything. While some people love to use their adopts to make them feel worthwhile, I rather just love collecting them and enjoy looking at their beautiful designs. Less trouble and more fun. An option for peeps who want to part take in stuff for ribbons/titles, maybe even small perks and giggles are fine, but having to attend to gain something important or lose out on stuff else is personally not a very fair mechanic. Also often becomes frustrating, timewise, for people with less time due to work, and the creators/judges in the long run cuz they tend to turn into a hassle down the line.
And yes, a ton of breed-specific genes aren't exactly needed, none even are completely fine but maybe 1-2 would be okay as well.

name idea: I honestly love MoonlitWolf's idea of Rolling Hill Stock Horses! But, if you're wanting realistic, the Norwegian Stock Horses name is a great fit. You could also narrow it down to a particular region in Norway, like Nordland or Finnmark?
would you be excited in this species? Yes! It's been a little while since I've been into a horse species but these caught my interest right away.
