Grape Smoothie is tired. All this ride fixing has gone on for too long, and she just feels like a little bit of a nap. That's exactly what she does. Nap. Once Ripsaw leaves, she steps over to the ride and settles down. The bright lights don't bother her at all. She's a very active sleeper, twisting around with her paws twitching every once in a while. Despite all the moving around, though, it's a deep sleep. If anybody came nearby any time soon, she still wouldn't wake up. Even if there was more messing around with the ride, she'll simply remain there. Hopefully she actually wakes up at some point.

you look around if you could find ripsaw working on the ride today but instead come across a note. it is... incredibly hard to read? you attempt to make out some of the words, you'd assume it was something about him being out today. it also mentions eon by name. maybe you weren't supposed to read this. you'd put the note back where it was left, leaving to go look at the ride. more notes were scattered around with the same awful handwriting... seems as it he'd made some more progress last night from what you could tell!

Jam once again entered the fair the next day, she came a bit earlier today interrupting her usual sleep in routine. She yawned loudly and stretched before zig zagging her way around the few chicoons that had also come to the carnival early. It wasnt as crowded at this time, something she heavily favored than the bustle and hustle of the midday and late crowd. She found herself once again slipping passed the Staff Only sign hanging barely hanging on to the fence and the gate entrance. She padded over to the broken pendulum once again, the sane routine she's had the past week. She looked around for the familiar faces that usually lingering around the machine. Part seem haphazardly strewn about the ground as if some one threw them around in a fit. She wondered if ripsaw had had a tantrum in his rage. She peered around the corner to see notes littering about. SHe couldnt make out anything they said in what was written in chicken scratch hand writing, but it seemed ripsaw had discovered something maybe? She couldnt tell what though. She leaned back on the machine, tossing a spare piece of candy she had won at Ducky's "Booth" into her mouth. Her lips pursed at the sourness. She supposed she should work on the machine as it was still broken, but then again this still technically wasnt her job. In fact she wasnt sure why she had kept coming here. Perhaps just to keep herself busy or to waste time. Or perhaps she was just wanting to tinker with something bigger than a clock. She hoisted a toolbox that had been left at her side onto the ride clambering up onto it after. She still had no idea what this bucket of bolts' problem was. It didnt seem like ripsaw or any of his companions did either , but at least he finally had some progress. If only she knew what that was. She sat back on her hunches and stripped back some of the paneling. It's gotta be something right? Nobody seemed to know what and she furrowed a brow at the clunky machine's innards. What in the world could possibly be alluding them for days on end? Maybe it would be best just to take the whole damn thing apart piece by piece and reassemble it. Was there even a handbook for that sort of thing? She shrugged and continued ripping and toying with parts. She had to find SOMETHING.

Jason has decided to take a break today. He'd been working hard at this for the past few days and honestly? He's completely out of ideas when it comes to how to fix the machines. He'd take the extra time he gets from not trying to fix rides today to go try to win at Bumper Carts. Was it possible to win at Bumper Carts? Jason didn't know, or care. He'd do it anyway. If he couldn't win there, then he'd have to go do something else. Probably see what was going on at the Dunk Booth this time. With his luck, Slush Puppy would try to get him in the tank. That wasn't going to happen though. Not again.

Jason hoped Ripsaw was getting some time off. He really needed a break from all this. Given how many notes were scattered around the place, he'd been going at it a lot. Jason once again gathered up his notes to place them in a neat pile off to the side where no one would ruin them. With that done, Jason trotted off. There was trouble to make somewhere else. Trouble that didn't involve breaking any machinery. Ripsaw and the others didn't need more on their plate.

feeling guilty for reading ripsaw’s notes, lime did his best to not look at or go near any more. he was thankful more progress was made, but felt as though he wasn’t doing anything to help. the truth was, though, that he didn’t know how to help. he felt nervous to approach ripsaw to try and ask what he could help with, feeling as though he’d be treated poorly for not being knowledgeable or not asking sooner. but at the same time, he wanted to try. maybe he could try making the ride look prettier? adding decorations could maybe make him look useful! Blueberry smiled to himself after reading each of the notes to his best ability one by one, even though they weren't for him. He was overjoyed that Ripsaw had made progress on the ride, and for that reason, he decided he wouldn't tinker with it today. After all, he could already imagine how angry Ripsaw would be if Blueberry had accidentally reversed his progress. Instead, he spent a fun day at the fair, eating junk food and going on rides!
