Well I suppose I only baked part of this cake since the center layer is actually cookies & cream ice cream so that definitely didn't get baked lol, this is a German chocolate cake with peanut butter cream cheese frosting separating the layers and rich peanut butter ganache running off the top. It also has chocolate buttercream & peanut butter cream cheese frosting dollops pipped on top of it all! I also decided to put a cone on the cake because I thought it looked really cute & helped tie in the ice cream layer a bit more plus I really like ice cream cones that have the bit of chocolate at the bottom it's like a little treat for finishing your ice cream cone.
I don't know a ton about cakes and the correct types of frostings & flavors to combine since I haven't really baked much but I hope I picked the right words & flavors to put together for this cake! This was an absolute blast to customize and figure out how to create!
