favorite app: Her favorite app is "A Kinder World". She loves taking care of plants and decorating rooms, but there are two things about that app that make it really special. One being Sami, a nonbinary samoyed puppy that helps you through the game and gives you gifts! Sami reminds Fifty of her own stuffed puppy that she sleeps with every single night, and brings her comfort. The other thing, is that it's a very helpful self care therapy game. Its taught her to write down a daily gratitude every single day, like what's one thing she could do different that day or what is something she is grateful for. It also taught her to do mindful breathing exercises, and to name the emotions she's feeling that day. It's helped her process her feelings and to overcome anxiety on a number of occasions.
