Day 4

These baskets are really coming together very well! Let's see what is next! For today's prompt, you should add some lining just so the easter grass doesn't fall out! For today, design a piece of cloth for the basket and put it in! You can either draw or describe the piece of cloth. This has a min of 50 words! Do NOT put anything in the basket, including the Easter Grass!

Gentle placed into the bottom of the basket is an equally soft silk lining. Instead of matching the pastel blue found on the outside of the basket, the silk is snow white. There are small blue hearts dyed into the fabric, clearly hand painted with the upmost care. The fabric shimmers in the light due to the tiny strands of gold intermixed with the rest of the silk. It's slightly too large for the basket, and is draped softly over the rim. It has a faint smell of lavender and fresh cotton.

prompt: The fabrick chosen for the basket would be a soft baby blue, it looked as if it was knitted and seemed rather old as the edges of the fabric was fraying and the fabric sheet its self was also a little ragged, but it seemed like it do okay as a lining for the basket... that already seemed to be trying to fall apart
