Newbie Trader lookin for friends, commons and help

Hi!! I just joined a few days ago after a few days of adopted pets but not signed up. Im not SUPER familiar with forum based conversations and im super new, what i imagine i have in common with you, the person reading this is that i just joined a game as you did once with a ton of beautiful pets and amazing artists and im kinda overwhelmed and looking for help however its available as someone new. I joined as a player of FR who saw the pets in the adoptables! Iv been playing that on and off since 2010.
Id LOVE friends, gifts (only if you want) and some peeps who won't get mad when i ask a MILLION dumb questions. (i promise im a fast learner)

there is so much i don't know, for a few days people assumed we were coppa until we figured out what that was XD
But i think we're starting to get it.

I imagine i will enjoy trading the most in this game, but also collecting and dressing up the pets that i think look beautiful and creating digital art and coding BBCode into art. I'm just now starting to understand rarity and all that which isn't as important (to me). I just REALLY love purple, space,galaxy,90s,internet meme themes and all the beautiful pets with scenes on them, well that and holiday stuff it's so cute. So thats what imma collect, any wisdom you have to lay on me here or in PM or Discord or FR id appreciate.

I'm still learning the rules so if iv broken any or something, please just tell me so i can fix it <3

I hope you've been enjoying your time on the site so far- there's a lot to explore! One of my personal favorite things to check out are the dressup contests. If your dressup is particularly good, the admins might choose to display it on the front page during the midmonth updates. c: Good luck, if you do decide to give it a go!

You've joined at a great time, there's currently an Easter event going on! As you're looking around the site, there's a chance you'll see one of these banners at the bottom of some pages --

If you click them, you'll get either tokens or items to dress your pet up with! You can trade in the tokens here and get some really cute or cool event pets! Event pets usually grow in value over time, so if you participate and get extras you'll have some great trade fodder <3 Happy hunting c:
