Prompt: It took Artemis a lot of thinking to come up with what he'd bring to warm up the pit. Finally, he'd decided on a portable heater, which, unlike a blanket, would heat up the air inside of the pit. Along with the heater, and two packs of batteries, Artemis left a note, and it read:

I'm glad that youwere able to identify the bird that you saw! Also, those kinds of words should be used very sparingly, they all mean bad things, and using them can make you sound unfriendly. I thought a lot about your problem, and I figured that the best solution would be an air heater! Hopefully, with this, you'll be warmed up from the inside! I also brought a few packs of batteries to replace the old ones with when they die. I hope this helps!

I'm glad you found the bird! Bluejays are pretty cute.

I brought you a sweater, along with some items to help start a fire. The sweater was a gift from my mom, but think of this as a gift from a friend to a friend :) You've brought me great companionship, I always look forward to our chats. :)

Oh yeah! I should probably teach you about how to properly light a fire! Fire is much warmer than a sweater, but needs constant attention and control. the rest of the note involved the steps of how to start and maintain a fire properly.

PS, I've told my friend Wysteria about you, she doesn't believe me sadly. But one day I promise I'll get you to meet her, she's very.. eccentric.. But always means well.

Cove knew just the thing to warm up the pit! They dropped down one of their favorite weighted blankets covered in all the monsters in minecraft, as well as a creeper plushie and a note attached:

Hi again Pit!

Its me, Cove!! Glad to hear someone found the bird you saw! Please let us know if you find any other cool ones that you want help identifying! I brought you one of my favorite things to keep warm with, my weighted blanket! It's heavier than a normal blanket and makes me feel like I'm getting a big warm full body hug! All the monsters on the front are from Minecraft, and the plushie is called a creeper! They are much less nice than you, but they also make holes in the ground! I hope this keeps you warm!

Prompt: Roelan laughed when he realized the Pit had been talking about a blue jay. That made much more sense since potoo birds didn't live around here! When the Pit requested something warm, Roelan's mind started thinking up some ideas on what he could bring the Pit. The Chicoon blinked when he got to the last part of the latest note. He wasn't sure how the Pit had learned these words, but they weren't exactly friendly ones! Hmm.

Roelan went back home to grab the Pit a scarf, then returned to write a note,

"I'm so glad you found out what bird you saw! I brought you a scarf to help you warm up. They usually keep me warm. I brought the longest one I own since I think it will fit you better. I hope it helps!"

Roelan tied the scarf around his note and tossed it into the Pit.

Also...Roelan screams into the Pit,
"I DON'T KNOW IF IT MATTERS, BUT DID YOU FORGET TO ADD THE DAILY SCREAM TO TODAY'S ABOVE GROUND FORM?"
I guess consider this my daily scream? >_>

Prompt: Tangerine has thought about it a lot, and he has decided he would like to live closer to the pit!! When he's bringing his supplies over, such as his tent and firewood, he stumbles across the note!! He quickly stores it in his pack, and finishes setting up! Upon reading it, he makes a gentle chirp-purr and starts to rack his brain for what he could heat up the kindly pit with!!! He looks over at his fire, and the idea strikes him!! He quickly makes a second fire, closer to the pit, and then quickly pushes the burning sticks in to warm up the pit! While the flaming sticks fall, Tangerine shouts into the pit "I hope that this doesn't hurt and I'm sorry if it does!! And if anyone is down there other than the pit, WATCH OUT!!!!!" Oh goodness Tangerine, let's just hope he doesnt actually hit anybody.

She sets the generator down on the edge of the pit, plugs in the blanket, turns it on, and then drops it into the pit, screaming as it plummets.
