Paradox slept the morning away before walking over to Carol to see what could be done. They couldn’t help but admire the freshly shoveled paths leading off in various directions. Deep down they are glad they missed most of the heavy lifting (they assume), shoveling is helpful and a kind thing to do, but if it isn’t necessary then why should they? There are lots of chicoons lounging and taking a break for the afternoon. Paradox lithely joins them and pulls out a murder mystery book they’ve been meaning to start…What? Mysteries are very relaxing!

Winter pretends to be a hunter or forager that is looking for herbs or winter roots, sometimes he is lucky enough to actually find them, but other times not so much- however, that's why it's fun! Winter imagines he is a treasure hunter- so more like a pirate- that is hunting for roots, plants, and veggies. Sometimes, he'll find missing keys or other things that he keeps on his doorstep in case anyone is missing them.
