Last in a series of new markings, this one is called Marten! Martens are another Mustelid, this marking is based on the European Pine Marten in particular. It creates a big of the red pigment on the throat, and varying amounts of lighter shading on the back, sides, and face in the red, sort of like a reverse of the typical sable pattern.

The resin that comes out of the tree is a blood-red color which does have an interesting legend behind it!
