Prompt: Briarberry bounded out of her den, thrilled to see the snow melting outside. They prance towards the medicine cat den, where Hyacinthpool is sitting calmly with their tail curled around their paws. She is sorting herbs, seemingly by touch alone, and looks very peaceful. Briarberry slows her pace as she reaches the she-cat, coming to halt outside of the den entrance. Hyacinthpool turns towards them, and her eyes light up. Briarberry walks forward and the two share a moment of sweetness as they nuzzle one another. Honeydew suddenly appears behind the two, looking distressed. She scolds them for not being more careful with their meetings, and tells playfully tells them to take their sappy love elsewhere. Honeydew is one of the fee cats that knows about the (not so) secret relationship between the two cats. Every other night, the two will meet up at the medicine cat den and share tongues. They would take about what it would be like to become mates and to adopt kits and raise them together. It was a time for them to be alone, and to be in love. While there was stopping them from becoming mates, the two were already very busy on their own, with Hyacinthpool being the lead medicine cat and Briarberry being one of the few aerial hunters in the clan. Adding a relationship with kits into the mix just wasn't it in the cards. Briarberry sighs and laughs at Honeydew as the lovebirds walk away. Hyacinthpool leads the duo into the woods, guided by the moonlight. The two stop in a field of Indian Paintbrushes, their favorite place to hide away from their responsibilites. Hyacinthpool picks one of the flowers gently with her teeth and places it behind Briarberry’s ear. They blush, hardly visible in the low light, and turn away. The spruce trees around the two of them sway lightly in the breeze, giving the area and air of peacefulness. Briarberry slowly nudges closer to Hyacinthpool, until their head is resting on the taller’s shoulder. They stay like that, watching the stars and moon together. Around them is perfect silence, broken only by the occasional wing flaps, rustling of trees, and scuttling of small creatures. Briarberry is the first to end the stillness, walking over to some pine cones. They tentatively pick one up, before looking over their shoulder at Hyacinthpool, who is still in a trance. They smirk to themselves and throw the pinecone, hitting their love in the side. Hyacinthpool whips around, extremely startled and confused. They see Briarberry’s collection of pinecone ammo, and the battle has begun! The two play-fight with their pinecone projectiles for what feels like forever, cursing when either lands a hit on the other. Finally, the two call a truce, and decide that they should get back to camp before anyone notices that they’re gone. When the two arrive, they share a moment of touching noses before going their sepreate ways and settling down into their nests to get some rest.

Prompt: Pineclaw laughed like a mad cat, as they started scrambling up tree after tree, jumping from perch too perch. Once at the very top they would release a call of joy, before moving on again. It was a game, a way to get exercise, as well as simply getting a view of the world they would not otherwise have! LEAP! LEAP!

"Aren't you afraid of getting stuck?" Crowcall asked, genuinely curious as he watched the cat's antics. He was amused, if not a slight worried.

"Only the bad jumpers get stuck! Now follow! Play with me!" The energy was infectious, as Crowcall followed soon after. Leap! Leap! Except in the latter's case they missed a jump, landing atop a Blossomcrown who only smirked in amusement.

"Get back out there and show them who the best jumper is," she encouraged, licking Crowcall's ear before nudging them forward to play. Pineclaw peered down, grinning from ear to ear.

"Join us Blossomcrown! Come on, the trees are fine today! WOO HOO!" One by one, the act drew other cats, until Emberstar himself returned from patrol to find nearly the entire clan jumping from tree to tree. He sighed out, staring at the skies a moment.

"Sun and Moon give me strength..."

"Emberstar! Come join us!"
