[Centipedes]

Cool blue light shines from beneath the doorframe as you approach, and the somber song rings out once again just from beyond the door. You carefully open the door, knowing that someone is just on the other side. The blue light burns brighter, revealing the soft silhouette of a familiar litwick. The air is warm with the presence of her and her flame, something about her radiating welcoming vibes. She looks surprised, yet glad to see the friend she had met just a few days prior.



She looks at you with big orange eyes, contrasting from her otherwise blue hues. “Hi friend, you’ve decided to visit my manor and see lil old me!! Welcome!”

The room breaks into a gated balcony overlooking the vast forests of Wandermere, the trees so thick that you can’t see what lies beyond them. The moon glows in the mixes of dark blues and purple painted in the sky. “Yes, I have come to visit your manor…. What a view! I understand why you would be here taking it in.”

She pauses before looking off into the outside landscape, “I’m waiting…” She explains.

You walked out to the balcony so that you could get the best look, waiting for an answer before your unasked question answered itself. A figure erupted from dark clouds, presence making you grow cold in anticipation. He exudes strong energy of unmistakable dark power. Darkrai. You quickly turned to litwick; she was waiting to fulfill the plan from the other room!

Her expression did not change; she stayed calm, yet concerned. Her eyes searched until they met a second shadowy creature. A purple mist of fog was chasing after the nightmare pokemon! Bouncing from the treetops and expediting shadow balls in the legendary’s direction that were effortlessly dodged. This must be her prince… but he could not keep up with the sheer power of Darkrai.

Bending down to meet litwicks gaze, you take out the mega bracelet to show her, “Do you think you could help him?” you ask kindly.

She shakes her head dejectedly, “We’ve tried so many times before. It is impossible…” Her heart seems to sink yet she seemed so eager to help out the dark prince who scoured the battle field, He nearly missed every one of darkrai’s attacks. The legendary seemed to get closer with every shadow ball.

Your eyes focused on the swift movements, the gengars face seemed stressed as he felt the other mon gaining on him. He had no time to turn around and fire his own attacks. It had become an unfair fight. “He needs you.. “ You have acquired determination!
