Prompt Response: My chicoons name is Motley, and the parasite's name is Mimic. Both are not super fond of their names, While easy to remember, they think the names are too.. Standard. Very forward and not very creative. Motley being relatively similar to “Motley Crew” meaning a group of mischiefs, and what's more mischievous than a parasite and his chicoon? Technically they ARE a group, if more take over parts of the chicoon that is. And Mimic feels roughly the same about his name, Mimic? Really? A shape shifting creature in a box? Is his box the chicoon? But lets be honest, it too isn’t far off from what he is. A mimic of sorts, a mimic of a chicoon.

My chicoon's name is Borgata, after my favorite resort. They've got a casino, buffet, plenty of stores and restaurants, but best of all they have an indoor pool and two Jacuzzi, so I can swim any day, rain or shine, summer or winter. It's the perfect place to stay all year round.

My Chicoon loves their name, although they haven't visited their namesake yet, but they know what it means and feel good about being associated with something so classy and fancy. It makes them feel a bit bougie, if I do say so myself.

My chicoon's parasite doesn't have a name yet, although they will probably have a name eventually. Right now Borgata just thinks of the parasite as Them, with a capital t, almost like that were a name, although it isn't because Borgata keeps insisting the parasite needs a name and the parasite insists their name is Me, but Borgata says, "I'm me, and you may be a part of me, but you're not me, I am..." So they go back and forth like that and it gets a little convoluted so I won't go into any more details, just suffice it to say the parasite doesn't see themselves as a completely separate entity although technically they are since they could survive on their own or go on to some other chicoon.

Prompt Response: This.. peculiar Chicoon seems to be named Mimey. It could be because of her black-and-white traditional mime face, it could be because of her incredible miming skills.. who knows. Probably the face thingy. She’s extremely strange, but an absolute sweetheart who tries her best to fit in! Though, it’s very difficult to fit in with the normal crowd because of the parasite on her back taking the form of a hand with a sock puppet on it, which she named Silly. Mimey herself doesn’t know how long she’s had Silly due to her memory problems; since she was a little kid, she assumes.

Silly received the name the first time Mimey ever noticed him. Silly looks nothing like Mimey; especially since he’s a sock puppet. Silly expected Mimey to be scared, after all, he IS a parasitic limb. But no, Mimey just laughed. “You look like a clown! That’s so silly!” Silly was confused, but he.. didn’t mind. “I’ll call you Silly!” Mimey giggled as she hugged this new, suprising limb.

Dolomedes is the name of the genus in which the fishing spiders belong, and coincidentally is also the name of this chicoon. While chicoons may be fruigivores, fishing spiders primarily snack on aquatic insects and even small fish, giving rise to their name. Dolomedes — the chicoon, that is — nonetheless finds fish interesting, just... Not as a meal. Something simply fascinates him in the way they swim and how they come in so many shapes and forms — but there is a setback to his name, and it first happened when that thing appeared. Prior to its arrival, Dolomedes didn't mind his name in the slightest, thinking it had a nice ring to it, but...

The parasite, situated on his back leg, is simply called Jumpy, and they couldn't care less about what it was referred to as. Since it appeared, Dolomedes has had a hard time keeping the leg still without having the urge to move it; he's not sure what it is about it, but just looking at it makes him feel a little restless, especially when Jumpy telepathetically calls him Dolly. He hates the nickname with a passion, but of course the smug parasite thinks it's the funniest thing in the world. Unfortunately, Dolomedes hasn't been able to think of an equally irritating nickname for Jumpy yet. Maybe one day...

Prompt Response: okay so I’m torn between 3 different names, just depends on which way I will go with the design. First name that I’m very very tempted to do would be a soul eater refernace as the chicoons name would be Crona and the parasite being Ragnarok. Soul eater holds a very special place in my heart. Second choice of mine would be Beelzebub for the Chicoon and Aamon for the prasite. No significant reasoning for the names, they have evil backgrounds but not really to interesting and the last choice would be Lucifer for the Chicoon and mazikeen for the parasite that would be from the show Lucifer.

Prompt Response: This chicoon (who isn't yet finished) will be named potluck! Its a fun and silly name that fits for the feeling of autumn. Autumn is always when it starts to get chilly, and theres nothing more fun and comfortable then a warm potluck with friends and family! it's a way to share experiences and how our summers went while also sharing meals and trying new things! The parasite that is attached to Potluck is named Stew! another name thats silly and fun and fitting. It both matches and also thematically fits! stews are pretty common at potlucks!

Ambrose was born between the celebrated sabots Mabon and Yule. As he enticed the world with his life, everything seemed to still, a buzzing electrifying the air. It wasn't unusual for a young Chicoon to be born between these celebrated sabots, but as Ambrose aged like the stars, he became wreaking havoc.

Ambrose never felt like his name suited him with all the trouble he got in. He always wished for a more creepified name; Beelzebub or Chaos was more fitting, at least in his opinion. Although he never felt the urge to change his name as it was rightfully bestowed upon him at birth. Perhaps it wasnt the trouble that made him think of a more fit name but his looks.

Ambrose got into all sorts of trouble considering his mischivious behavior, some more dangerous than others. One of these rascalities lead him to his (only) friend Delorik, a parasite. Delorik was unintential as most things Ambrose got into were. Despite this "off-set" Amrbose welcomed Delorik as it seemed to fill his mind with clamor.
