This Rotom dex would look like a mask of sorts, preferably a combination of the three masks of my lore of a "enemy" gang of thugs and thieves though there is far more to them then that! If not a combination of the three leaders of the gang, a completely different mask that is considered the mascot of the gang and they wear pins that are of the Rotoms likeness! The Rotom however would have the colors of all three leaders, red, pink, orange,, blue and black! It would most likely have a panda like look with the signature white eye markings with cat ears as most of the team members have some sort of cat Pokemon with them, defining the sneaky vibe about them and in unison to the Rotom! As such for the cat look, it would have more than likely have paw like hands but with claws out, having the feeling like it will swipe at you or steal something from you at any moment. As such, the Rotom will have a sneaky mischievous expression, having a spunky personality, perhaps even sarcastic! They'd probably have whisker like markings or "slashes" down the cheeks of the Rotom, making it look like it's a reckless creature ready to fight you at any second, just like the gang, they don't back down and will get what they need or want no matter the circumstances; the Rotom dex will have that same appeal!
