exp? Yes, that's experience points, The more a cat has, the higher it's skills can get and the more items it can get, the quicker it can train trainees and the more cats can join your colony.

All adult cats start on 20 exp
- founders start on 40 exp
- it takes 30 exp to level up any skill by ONE star (max five)
- it takes 35 exp to train a trainee cat
- it takes 50 for you to get an extra ticket in raffles. (max two)

All trainees start on 10 exp
- at 20, they become adult
