Caramel Apple Bark
Every Christmas my neighbor makes either peppermint bark or chocolate bark, using saltine crackers and broken up pretzels, caramel and chocolate. But this is a nice twist with the granny smith apples in it to make it a bit more tart, and I'm thinking about making some and bringing it to the annual Christmas party.
