This is an adopt!
In honor of this cat being in my drafts for a whole seven months, what's something this cat keeps procrastinating on? No limits, but please make things readable and not an entire novel.

Cat Name: Hedera
Prompt: Hedera keeps procrastinating on tending to the clowder’s plants. It’s her role, her sole job as Healer, to take good care of the herbs that she grows next to the camp, but she keeps putting it off in favor of hunting, sunbathing… anything other than grabbing wet moss and tediously dribbling it on the plants. Besides, what’s the point in tending to plants just outside your door when you can go on an adventure and get them fresher? Better medicine quality, and you get a workout! Two birds with one stone! That tends to be her usual response, either that or she forgot.

Cat Name: Lilypad
Prompt: Lilypad is always procrastinating when it comes to doing everyday things. She will complain about doing chores and say that she'll groom herself later. She'll explain that she'll clean her nest tomorrow! She'll fish for food in a few minutes. She found the right spot when she was laying down, she'll take care of the kittens when she feels like it!

Cat Name: Ziana "Victoria Cruziana"
Prompt: Procrastination can be proven useful if you are Ziana. You see, her keen dedication on keeping plant-life and study of herbology gave an advantage when it came to a delicate plant called a succulent. It is known that in a damp environment these little desert dwellers do not blossom. Ziana carefully huddles these saplings under a paw-stitched hut to discourage the liquid from drowsing the plants. However, with every vegetation-owner her tendency and desire to water her friends, that she deemed 'loving', was hard to set aside. Constantly, she places her paws in the soil staining them brown on a daily basis awaiting the day she can give a drink to her precious children. What mother wouldn't want to spoil her spawn with riches? In this case, Ziana really should hold her make-shift metal bucket close to herself and not the cacti.

Cat Name: Blanket
Prompt:
It was a beautiful day outside. Blanket let the sun warm her fur, smiling serenely into the sky, as if to say thank you. It was times like this that she envied those with thicker pelts, their fur better to soak up all of the sun's beautifully warm rays. Hers, stuck somewhere in the middle between long and short, felt like it could decide to do more or less on any given day.
"Blanket, what are you doing?" The call was from a little further away than she intended, and the young cat sheepishly turned her head towards Goose. Goose's fur was beautiful, so fluffy and radiating the sunlight back at Blanket in a way that made her take another pause and stare with awe. Goose shifted almost impatiently as Blanket stared at her and blinked. "Are you just going to stare at me, or are you coming with me?" The other she-cat asked lightly, tilting her head and smirking back at her friend. "You've been saying you'll come with me to the waterfall for ages! It's so nice out, let's keep moving!"
Blanket waited until Goose's back was turned to crinkle her nose in disdain. Swimming. She had been putting off this day ever since she agreed to join the Shining Cascades group. Suddenly, she no longer envied any cat with long fur, and her own slightly thicker pelt felt like too much instead of not enough.
"I, uh..." Blanket trotted near Goose, giving her friend a quick nudge with her nose to distract her. "I just remembered that Phoenix needed help! I'm going to go help them, but maybe tomorrow we can swim instead!"
Goose opened her mouth to protest, but Blanket was already gone.
_______________________________________________________________
It was usually with a small amount of dread that Blanket waited for the snows of winter to arrive. The freezing cold made her paws feel like they would stick to the ground and she'd never be able to get them warm again. But this season, she found herself actually excited for the thought of snow. Maybe it was then that Goose would stop asking her to swim. Blanket was inevitably delaying the day she would actually swim, too embarrassed she never learned how and much preferred her paws on solid ground than in strange waters. Yet, Goose was relentless... and desperately wanted to teach her friend. Somehow, cats found this activity fun?
So while the temperatures were getting cooler, of course fate would spite Blanket and provide Goose with just one more day of opportunity. The sun was beaming, not a cloud in sight, and as Blanket passed by the waters beneath the waterfall she couldn't help but admit she could see the appeal. Only slightly, though.
"Today's the day!" Goose chimed as the pair were eating breakfast. Blanket gave a wincing smile, and Goose let out a soft chuckle. "I promise I won't make you do anything you're not comfortable with, but I think you should try and get your feet in the water at least. It's such a nice day, the water will feel great!"
Somehow, though she had delayed this day for moons, Blanket found herself near the water's edge, watching as Goose slipped herself into the water as easily as walking on the ground. In fact, it looked like she was made for the water. Suddenly, the connection for her friend's name suddenly made sense, the graceful water birds pictured in her mind as she watched Goose happily glide through the water. "The water does feel amazing!" Goose called, taking a few more laps before exiting at the shoreline near Blanket. "It's a great day to learn something new, don't you think?"
"I don't know..." Blanket said softly, looking down at her own reflection. "Seems a little scary, if I'm being honest."
"Oh, I promise it'll be alright. Just paws, nothing more. And I'll be here if you get scared, remember? I'll grab your tail and drag you backwards onto the grass if I have to," Goose said, giving Blanket another friendly grin. "But I think you'll feel accomplished if you just even touch the water. We've been delaying this day forever, so no sense in dreading it more!"
Perhaps Goose had a point. Procrastinating and delaying getting over her fear of the water wasn't bound to make anything better, especially since she lived right underneath the waterfall. What would happen if she accidentally slipped in? With that in mind, Blanket finally did what she had been avoiding her entire life...
She stepped in the water.
And it did feel fine.

Cat Name: tbd!
Prompt:This cat can't help but procrastinate on asking others for help.
There's something about knowing they need help, they know they'll have to get it over with eventually and just ask, but a sense of anxiety and anticipation holds them back. They put it off, and put it off, and put it off... "maybe later". "They're busy, can't ask now". "There's too many other cats around". "I don't feel like it". "It's not that big of a deal, it can wait". "Now's not a good time". "They look upset about something, better not". "They're probably going to be disappointed with me, I should just wait". "It's embarrassing, I can't ask right now".
Eventually, this procrastinating gets them in trouble, because they wait to the absolute last minute. Often, that's the worst time to ask and is really inconvenient to others, the negative reaction they get to asking for help last minute only fuels their nerves and gives them even more reason to procrastinate next time.
The others around them really wish they'd just speak their mind in the first place.
