Chicoon: Winter
Campfire Stories
Show or tell us about some stories your Chicoon would tell around the campfire!
Entry: Winter never liked horror stories, or whatever stories are 'common' around the campfire, so he figured a change of pace and genre is long overdue.
One of Winter's favorite story is about the 'Legend of Grim', a romance-adventure genre focusing on Grim, a Rebel who did good and courageous deeds to those who needed them and would fight for justice. A hero to the oppressed and a villain to the oppresors. In this world, there were two factions, Day and Night and neither side must ever mix with each other. Grim grew up in
the light faction while his love, Priscilla, grew up in the Night faction. Their forbidden love was only in the eyes of the ones in Power and the lovers are willing to fight for their future together. Suspence, Comedy, Romance, Adventure and Fighting scenes, whatever else could you ask for?

Chicoon: Cirrus!
Campfire Stories
Show or tell us about some stories your Chicoon would tell around the campfire!
Entry: Story
The cracking and popping sound coming from the campfire set the tone for Cirrus’ stories. Instead of scaring the kits, she decided to tell more heartwarming and sentimental tales. She told each kit how their parents met, adding in some colorful details every now and then. Cirrus remembered how often she wondered about how her own parents met, and what they were like as young Chicoons. Therefore, she thought that the kits would appreciate and enjoy the stories Cirrus was telling. At the end of the night, Cirrus felt comforted knowing that the kits would not be going to bed scared, but rather with their hearts full of love.

Chicoon: Spritely [ghost/they]
Campfire Stories
Show or tell us about some stories your Chicoon would tell around the campfire!
Entry:
Smoke rose from the campfire like spirits from a graveyard, the sky clouded like cataracts in a cadaver's eyes. The moon was obscured, and a breeze sent the trees swaying, dancing to a rythym heard by mortal ears only as rustling wind. Spritely sat on one side of the flame, eyes set on the crowd of chicoons gathered before ghost. They sat down, anxiously awaiting a mysterious and terror-filled story. Everyone knew how many scary stories Spritely must've heard throughout their time studying cryptids and spirits, and nobody knew which one they'd pull out of their (imaginary) hat today. Maybe a tale about a werewolf who lurked around the outskirts of an old settlement, or perhaps about mothman, or a demonic spirit writhing with malice.
"What do we have here today? A couple of chicoons who are curious about the curiosities I've seen? Well, you guys are in luck," ghost started. "I've got a good one for you all today. Now, settle down and hear my tale..."
"It was an overcast evening that'd soon turn into an overcast night, much like this one, with the wind howling between the trees. Not even a firefly dared to venture outside. The abandoned city I had been exploring had been a sight for sore eyes, even if it was an eyesore — it had been raining earlier that day, and I found a place to hide from the rain in a dilapidated old stone building. I'd never heard of this settlement before; it seems it had been abandoned decades before, and for no real reason. But I knew something had to have driven the residents out. Years upon years had passed, but maybe, just maybe, something was still hiding, begging to be discovered, even if it meant I was in danger.
For the next half an hour after the rain passed, I walked around the old town to see if there were any hints to uncover. Unfortunately, the years had not been nice to the town; Wooden houses rotted away, stone structures crumbled to dust. Moss and ivy now took control of the town, and dust coated whatever belongings that still remained in their weakened homes. Finding any evidence would be a hard task, but I was up for the challenge. And sure enough, I did find some unusual tufts of hair. Could it have been from a fellow chicoon, you may ask, but no — this wasn't chicoon fur. It had to be a cryptid. I looked up, and found some deep claw marks on the wall near where I couks the fur. You could argue this was just the way the wood rotted all you want, but I know what I saw. I then walked into the old house's bedroom, and saw an unusually large indent on the old mattress...
I searched around a while longer, and found some more tufts of hair. It seemed to lead to the forest, so I did what came naturally to me: I followed the trail. While I feared it may have gotten sparser as time passed, it only seemed to increase — and clawmarks in the trees became evident. The closer I got, the more I could feel my heart racing. I was right on top of its trail. It had to be somewhere around the forest, I just knew it!
I soon stepped into a clearing, and that's where I saw it. 8 feet tall. Scraggly, wiry brown and black fur. A long, jaw with sharp teeth jutting out. Pointy ears that were as sharp as knives, with claws to match. A long, kinked tail wirh a barb on the end like a scorpion's. And... It was having a tea party with the rabbits and foxes and other forest animals, using a big tree stump as a table."
The other chicoons looked at eachother, puzzled. Was that meant to be scary?
"The tea was poisoned."
The crowd 'gasped' with their wings.
"Oh, no, no, I was just joking! But really, he was actually a pretty friendly guy. He called himself the Timberbeast and he invited me over for some tea, too. Apparently, rumors had spread around the old abandoned town that he was vicious, ready to kill at any moment. In fear, the townspeople fled, never to return to their beloved town. The beast was actually quite saddened, and found refuge in one of the houses, where he still stays to this day. Fortunately, he has friends now: The forest animals, and... Me! So, take this as a moral to follow: Even if someone seems intimidating, they might not be all that bad. Try to see what they want, and maybe you'll gain a new friend!"

Chicoon: Tristan
Stargazing
Show or tell us about your Chicoon gazing at the celestial, what do they see? Do they know constellations, or do they make them up?
Entry: Tristan pauses from his shell digging, to peer up at the night sky. He had not grown up with the stories, so instead he liked to make up his own. He would find shapes that reminded him of those he had met on his travels, and create stories around them. Ways to remember them by, even years later. Ways to honor those individuals by passing along those stories and stars to others.
They hope that when those individuals move on, perhaps their souls travel upwards into those stars and live on, somehow. That is a fate they would like for themselves, so as to continue to inspire others. But, for the most part, he has no idea what they really are! He just likes his own version, his own stories better!
