Nippy has a very strict training schedule due to both her love of exercise and her perceived need to prove herself. This is, of course, coupled with a strict diet of healthy foods and lots of protein.
She wakes up very early, at five, where she drinks a caffeine-free energy drink (caffeine makes her jittery and stressed). After that, she has a light snack like a protein bar. She then works out for forty-five minutes (never skipping leg day), and after she stretches out. Her workout starts with her using a foam roller to massage her muscles and remove tightness. After exercising and stretching, she then eats breakfast, normally something with eggs. She then has free time, which often spends reading books, fantasy, or exercising science. She enjoys Lord of the Rings and Narnia the most and has read them both many times. From 7:30-8:45, she has an online class pertaining to archeology -which is what she wants to be. The class is hosted by the Alola Community College and is run by a famous archeologist, along with his daughter, from the Johto region in his retirement. After her class, she then meditates for one hour and fifteen minutes. This is normally traditional meditation but can also be a meditative activity such as writing or art, both of which she is not particularly good at but enjoys. At ten, most of the other pokemon are waking up, of note her parents, Jerald and Peekaboo, so she spends time with said parents as they eat breakfast and do other activities like watching tv, going on morning walks, picnics, and the likes.
As the sun is at its peak, Nippy eats lunch; she is normally very hungry by then. Her lunch is always high protean, normally some sort of bird such as duck, chicken, or rarely present. This is normally homemade, but sometimes family time goes a bit longer, and she eats at a pokemon restaurant with her parents. After lunch, she meditates again, this time always traditional meditation to let her food rest before training again at one pm. This bout of training is martial arts of various types, heavily favoring boxing, but she also enjoys jiu-jitsu and karate. She does do other types of martial arts as well, even though they are not preferred, keeping a balanced schedule throughout the weeks. After she has more free time to read and do other activities, she also has a light snack like another protean bar or some fruit or vegetables. A half an hour later, she practices flying, or well gliding as she is an emolga. She does not wish to be like her mother and be unable to fly properly, but her training is going slowly. Although she does not crash into buildings and trees, she often does not have the most graceful landings (understatement). Her flying is very wobbly and of balance. During this time, she also researches flying techniques on the internet and on YouTube, along with looking at guides for the library, which have helped her a lot. At five, she eats dinner, sometimes with the other pokemon, depending if they are eating that early, which is not often. For dinner, she eats a high protean poke kibble and a lot of water, which she is drinking throughout the day. All day she is also drinking protein drinks, two per day, vanilla or chocolate flavored. It also comes in coffee flavor, but she hates that with a passion. Finally, at five thirty, she goes to bed; this does not necessarily mean bedtime as she stays up reading for hours at a time, not normally fantasy or those exercise books but rather bad romcoms and other crappy books. She enjoys these as a way to turn off her brain at the end of the day. Due to staying awake, she sometimes is very tired at the beginning of the next day, but still, she wakes up right on time.

Although it is technically Jenna's bag, Bart spends a lot of time being carried about in it. He has claimed it as his own.
The bag is a low-quality drawstring bag that Jenna got for free somewhere along the line. There are a number of stickers and pins stuck on that keep almost falling off.
Inside the bag is a notebook in which Jenna draws, journals, and takes notes about the world in. It is accompanied by a standard pink pen and some Crayola markers. Loose change and crumpled bills can be found too. Most of her stuff is related to pokemon, however. There are of course, revives and potions to keep her pokemon in shape. Along with pokeballs, but only the standard ones as she does not wish to force any pokemon to go with her that does not want to. She also has some random held items and a lot of everstones, which can get heavy as they are, well, stones.
Most interestingly, though, she has a mysterious plate that was given to her by an old bug catcher woman who then proceeded to fade into the jungle after giving it to her. Followed by a strange mega stone that no professor has been able to identify!

It was a black kind of day, the kind where the clouds are so dark it looks like night. But the rain fell gently like a soft mist rather than sharp full droplets. On this day, she stood in the field outside the house with her head tilted up to the sky. So that those soft rain droplets fell gently, kissing her face. As the chocolate brown and white emolga staired to the sky, the wrappings around her wrist and tail grew wetter and wetter, expanding from the water and slipping off only to be caught in the wind flying up into the sky and out of sight. She turned to watch them fly, gazing lazily after them. Wondering for maybe a second before turning back to the east. To a lost little island.
Oh, how she wished that the wind would catch her wings and she could fly away into the sky out to the east. But the wind never came, and her wings would never catch it. So there she stood gazing up into the sky, hoping to peer through the black clouds up above where something wretched stood.
The beast was an abomination, that is what some called it, the ones that had the rare chance to see it, that is. But an abomination was far from what the creature was. Those people did not know why they thought it, maybe because it was created out of science rather than naturally. This scared the people; they did not know how they knew this; they just did. Some convinced themselves that it was just a thought, to put it in a box and move along. But somehow, the box would always open itself again.
The emolga knew of this knowledge; it had seen the beast before, once in a glimpse of a dream. Not really a dream; the sweet emolga never did dream, so it was more like something just out of the corner of your eye, something that you can see but not quite process.
She only ever had one dream ever in her life, and it was right after she had hatched. As she lay sleeping on the couch well, the others discussed her very existence right out of earshot. She dreamed then of god, Arceus. Of his thousand arms that forged the world, and why.
She stood on a glassy plane; it was a floor of water and glass, both simultaneously. A foggy blackness stretched onwards in all directions. She turned about, looking around, seeing only a red dot. As her misty half thoughts spun, she stepped forward towards it without any sense of control. She walked for what felt like miles but took only seconds before stopping; the dot had not gotten any closer. So she looked up; the sky was full of thousands of stars, not stars, lightbulbs and glow-in-the-dark star stickers plastered against the inky darkness. The lights hung early still, too still not a single gust of wind to move them. Then they blinked and he blinked and she blinked and the whole world blinked. It felt suffocating. Thats when she saw him there, in the sky, Arceus.
