Eclipse let out a gentle sigh. Another day had passed, and the backpack still hadn't been found. Once again having nothing to do, Eclipse hesitantly made the decision to go diving again. Recalling the enthusiastic Chicoon he'd dived with previously, Eclipse smiled and nuzzled his way through the gathering crowd. After a few moments of looking around, Eclipse's head wings perked up as he spotted a sleepy looking Karuyami.

Eclipse made his way over to Karuyami and tapped his tail against his shoulder. " Hello again. " He forced a smile, a bit nervous, as usual. Karuyami perked up at Eclipse's touch. " Oh, hello Eclipse! " The two Chicoons both spoke at the same time. " Do you want to- " They both paused, and then broke out into laughter together. Eclipse finished the sentence. " Do you want to go diving with me? " Karuyami smiled, his tail swaying back and forth with anticipation. " Of course! " He beamed.

The two walked side by side towards the water, and dove in together. Eclipse narrowed his eyes at the sudden flurry of bubbles, which dissipated to reveal a beautiful coral reef. They swam through the reef, passing numerous colorful fish, among many other creatures. After a while of searching, just as Eclipse was ready to give up, Karuyami dove deeper down. As he arose again, Eclipse saw what he was holding. A bottle, and there was something inside of it! Forgetting about the back pack, they raced to the surface, eager to investigate the mysterious bottle.

Once on shore, Eclipse and Karuyami sat around the bottle, and Karuyami twisted the cork off. Inside of the bottle were two colorful, woven bracelets, and a small slip of paper. With a slide of his paw, Eclipse slid the paper over to himself as Karuyami was examining the bracelets. It read " Friends. ". Eclipse took a moment to look up at Karuyami, and then smiled. Maybe he'd found his first friend in camp. They each put on one of the bracelets. " Friends! " They both exclaimed with grins.
