muttering about how he wishes the sun
would just take a break. he's got several notebooks on
a beach towel under the umbrella, and an entire
make shift box full of what you can only
assume are digging tools like shovels and picks.
he spots you, and offers a pained smile,
"hey, uh, I think I might need some help?"

It's completely random what you'll find, but you
should be able to find some event currency and maybe
a special item or two!
