Tiger slipped into the water for the second time this week.
"I'm glad I didn't catch the fish yesterday," Tiger yawned. "Because, maybe that means I'll have better luck today!"

Thinking back on the previous day, Tiger smiles. "It was fun, y'know." she told herself. "I did get a good exercise out of that!"
She blinked, and saw a fish swimming towards here.

"No way! It's you!" Tiger exclaimed when the large fish she chased yesterday appeared. "I guess I might as well try again!"

Tiger swam after the fish, but the fish suddenly stopped in front of a rogue newspaper.

"Hey, this is a Camp Charcuterie newspaper!" Tiger grabbed it, and read the article about Fishing. "What..? The fish have gone missing? Brown, furry animals?"

Tiger growled.

"Don't worry, Fishy! We'll find those yicky Capybaras and get it over with." Tiger said to the large fish whom she'd nicknamed Fishy. "I should go and give those old WATER PIGS a piece of my mind!"

Together, they swam silently through the lake, until Tiger glimpsed a bit of brown fur.

Fishy made bubbles in the water. "Shh!" Tiger whispered. "I know it might be beavers, too. But I mostly think it's a capybara."

Whispering "Stay here!" to Fishy, Tiger braced herself.
And jumped onto land, ready to attack.

Art/Blurb 1: as duskshadow had bad luck the last day and got only trash she decided to change the location, as she looked around she couldnt figure out which place she should try next, after a while of thinking she decided to take a break from fishing and walk around the shore a bit , as she walked around the lake she noticed a beautiful place in between two trees that had a rock on the water, she decided to jump onto the rock and start trying to fish for something else other than trash

Art/Blurb 2: Investigate why there are less fish!

Hearing the call from Birchmist, saying that there might be a reason for the missing fish, she offered to help the search. As Sassy made her way towards where these strange creatures were, she thought to herself, "Maybe its beavers? They are brown, and could be stopping up a stream that brought fish to the area."

She's only encountered beavers once before back with her twolegs. Their house had been on a lake and a beaver had taken residence under their dock. You could see the sticks if you looked through the cracks in the wood. And the smell! Ah, hopefully it was an easy fix, she wasn't sure she could take one in a fight if needed....

Art/Blurb 1: After catching a big fish his first time fishing, Lage was determined to catch another!

He made his way to the waters edge, carefully lowering his body up against the rocks. As the clouds moved over the sun, he peered into the clear water, eyes darting back forth. He didn’t see any fish yet, but by the time he saw a silver flash, the sun beamed back down on the water.

Lage huffed as he couldn’t see, growing a bit annoyed. Fish were tricky! If only he had more patience!

Art/Blurb 2: Lage wasn’t sure what kind of creatures could possibly cause such a disturbance, but they didn’t sound very friendly.

He saw some other cats heading off to figure out what these creatures were doing and what they even were, and he decided to head after them. Traveling in numbers would be best! Especially if these creatures intended to do harm.

Golden like the dandelions decorating his fur, Lionbloom could be found sunbathing on the rocks near the water, slicking back the fur on his head every so often as he was splashed by the other cats frolicking among the waves. His companion took him for a total lazy diva, showing off in the sun's rays with his brightly shining fluff, so he was swiftly launched from his spot by a kick of the bird's leg, landing fully drenched in the pool. Sputtering out insults between the water he spit out, Hawksbeard looked quite pleased with himself as he played innocent, striking a trout and ripping it from the lake in his mighty beak.

His intuition said beaver, with how they made structures of sticks and twigs piled high in the rivers back home. They weren't the easiest to track down given how the cats of Shaded Hollow weren't used to disrupting their habitats by traversing the waters, but as he climbed atop Hawksbeard, he felt confident he could sniff them out on his large feathered friend. The rooster was hungry, too, and he wouldn't hesitate to scoff down a beaver either. Whatever Lionbloom cooked up, he was game, even if he had absolutely zero experience frying up those large rodents. Lion felt practically devilish as his first thoughts flashed to skipping out on fishing and instead opting for a bigger catch, not that some lake-dwelling rat would taste any better than fish.

Art/Blurb 1: honeybee stood crouched beside the river's edge, her body still as she gazed at the small ripples below her. fortunately she had plenty of experience with fishing, and the many moons that she had spent catching fish in valleyclan's rivers had paid off. even though it was only her second time out by the river, she had already adjusted well to the camp's territory. it wasn't very different from her own. she grinned to herself and focused her attention back to the water's surface.

Art/Blurb 2: the day was definitely slower than yesterday had been, and she'd had little luck with catching anything so far. the "fuzzy brown animals" that birchmist had mentioned could be a lot of things. otters? beavers, maybe? even though honeybee had never seen one herself, some of her clanmates had mentioned spotting a few near the territory's streams not too long ago. either way, she didn't know if they were friendly or not, and it was probably a good idea if she kept her distance from them for now. hopefully there would still be enough fish in the river for both groups to share.

something was taking the fish? gecko first thought that maybe the gathering of cats that had been hunting could possibly be the cause - they had been taking out a lot of fish on their own but they had no idea if that would be enough to contribute to the sudden drop in fish. investigating the tip the kittypet gave would be a good idea, though if something was taking fish it would probably be better to just let them have it rather than the cats take it, as it may be their territory.
