Pokemon being used/link: Bandit Archive: here for Heartcatch Prompt: 1. Show me/describe this pokemon doing their favorite move! How did they learn it and why is it their favorite?Bandit's favorite attack is Shadow Ball. Poochyena can learn this attack by CT, and so does Bandit. That day, Bandit was walking through a dungeon, that of the Mystifying Forest, in order to find a treasure that everyone in Treasure Town was talking about.
Along the way, arriving at the tenth level of the dungeon, he found several ability disks, including that of Shadow Ball. Bandit hesitated for a moment. His kind is naturally able to learn this attack but Bandit was already enjoying his 4 attacks. Indeed, the Poochyena already knows Play Rough to deal with the fighting type pokemon of which it is weak and disadvantaged. He also knows Toxic to weaken fairy pokemon or slow his opponents with a status problem. Next, Bandit knows Crunch to have a good dark type attack which is boosted by his kind's dark type. Finally, he knew Roar to eject his opponents away, and be able to leave quietly.
Once back in Treasure Town after discovering that the dungeon contained nothing exceptional, except for a cave allowing to evolve - which Bandit did not want to do - the pokemon began to evaluate the pros and cons of its abilities. Eventually, since Roar only serves to eject enemies while Bandit had grown strong enough to take them on, he decided to forget about this attack to learn Shadow Ball. Since then, it's rare for Bandit not to run out of PP from this ability, as he uses it all the time, and it has become his favorite ability! Indeed, Shadow Ball has the advantage of being able to attack a distant enemy, which allows Bandit to weaken his opponents, before finishing them off in close combat. We can therefore say that Bandit absolutely does not regret having forgotten an ability that he hardly used anymore, in order to learn his new favorite attack!

2. Has your pokemon ever encountered a legendary? what was this like and how did it impact them?Bandit has already met Groudon... But it didn't go as planned.
Indeed, like any self-respecting thief, Bandit has always wanted to conquer the rarest and most expensive treasures of the Pokemon kingdom. One day, while having lunch at Café Spinda, he overheard a discussion between a Sneasel and a passing rescue team. The Poochyena heard about the secret of the 7 treasures guarded by 7 different legendary pokemon. According to what was said about these treasures, they would be very rare musical instruments, even unique, with capacities as strange as magical, and which would be worth a fortune. To obtain them, one had to manage to defeat his guardian, and if someone managed to obtain the 7 treasures, he would obtain their eternal respect.
Immediately interested in these marvels, Bandit noted the location of the dungeons on his map and prepared before setting off on an adventure.
Being methodical, Bandit decided to leave first for Groudon's dungeon, namely the Shimmer Desert, because it was the closest dungeon to Treasure Town, and the most easily accessible for a Poochyena. Besides, the dungeon only had 10 floors, so you had to be quick if you wanted to be the first to get the treasure. So on to the Shimmer Desert!
The dungeon was quite mixed in terms of difficulty, but Bandit finally made it to the end of the dungeon, and the fight against the guardian Groudon began. Bandit managed to hit him with Shadow Ball and poison him with Toxic, but Groudon remained a legendary pokemon, and he was just as powerful as he was tough. The poisoning only served to annoy him and once close to his opponent, he launched a violent Precipice Blades attack. Bandit was propelled into the air and he had just enough time to see Groudon again when the latter ejected him from the dungeon.
In the end, it won't be the 7 treasures right away...

3. What was your pokemons life like before joining the team? Before joining the Wigglytuff Guild, Bandit was a thief. Ironically, the guild was his enemy, and he amused himself by trolling the rescue teams who had come to arrest him. The most ironic being that Bandit lived near Treasure Town and visited there regularly, but no team dared to challenge him outside of a dungeon, as the Poochyena looked different inside and outside of them dungeons. Indeed, when he wanders around town, he looks like a most honest ordinary citizen, but in dungeons, he becomes greedy for treasure, and is ready to drop his teammates if he deems them useless or they slow him down. No one knew how to deal with him, and everyone avoided unnecessary trouble in the middle of town.
Meanwhile, Bandit enjoyed filling his map with dots indicating the entrance to treasure-filled dungeons. Filling his account at Duskull Bank was his top priority. Why ? It's none of your business and only he really knows. Eventually, he spent his time stealing stuff to make money and playing selfish by keeping everything when he didn't particularly need it. It's hard to know why if we don't know his past, but he's often said to be worse than a gold-collecting bird pokemon!

5. What is your Pokémons personality?Bandit is quite ironic in his behavior. Indeed, in the first place, he seems to be someone mean, disagreeable, solitary and selfish. If someone comes to talk to him when he hasn't started a conversation, he'd rather growl at him and leave, sometimes with a little insult, rather than start a friendly conversation. Unless you come to talk to him about treasure. In which case, he will gladly invite you to Café Spinda to discuss.
Otherwise, it happens that Bandit reveals another side of his personality. Indeed, when he wishes, he can become kind and helpful, and he has already bought food for young children in need. He also loves children very much, and is very protective of them. On the other hand, if asked why, he will avoid the subject, because he does not like to talk about his past.
On full moon nights, Bandit loves to howl at the moon, or stare thoughtfully at it. He also becomes very dreamy and melancholy, and keeps thinking that he could have had a better future, if he had acted sooner. This creates a lot of remorse and regret in him, which will probably never go away, just like his habit of seeming to talk to himself.

6. What is your Pokémon backstory/history? Where did they come from? Did they originally live somewhere else?Bandit was born into a family where he was the eldest and his sister
Flora the youngest by a few years. The two lived with their relative in a small house for Poochyena near Treasure Town, and both stayed there when their parents passed away. Bandit then took care of his sister with great love and tenderness, and they regularly went out together to walk in the most beautiful places in the country.
Unfortunately, one day, a rumor spread in Treasure Town to talk about a poisonous flower whose pollen created a terrible disease that gradually transformed pokemon into flowers. Only plant or poison pokemon were immune to this scourge, and a great confinement was established in the city, the time to find out more. Unfortunately, Flora had already caught the disease while collecting the flower before anyone knew of the disease it was creating. Immediately worried for his sister, Bandit did everything to recover the only known remedy, which was therefore rare and expensive given the number of victims of the plant. Unfortunately, it lacked the ultimate ingredient, but it was way too expensive for Bandit. Bandit therefore did everything to recover the money, but when he finally got the last pokédollar, it was too late and his sister had already joined their parents in the stars. Bandit never recovered from this tragedy, and always told himself that if he had simply stolen the last ingredient instead of earning it honestly, his sister would still be with him, so he grew to hate people's selfishness and stealing to support themselves. Since then, he lives alone seeing his sister's ghost, which can only be seen by him, as well as by other ghost pokemon, or certain fairy or psychic type. Bandit's life changed when he realized that being honest only got him in trouble.

7. What are your pokemon’s relationships with others like? (can be list format as long as it reaches the word minimum!)Wigglytuff -> While Bandit was at his lowest after being captured and locked up in Magnezone police cells, Wigglytuff came to him to offer him a second chance. Bandit was unaware that Wigglytuff had been motivated after seeing Flora's ghost who told him the truth about his brother. However, having nothing better to do, Bandit followed him and proceeded to do as Wigglytuff asked. Gradually, Bandit began to respect Wigglytuff and even came to consider him as his mentor, even as a second father. Thanks to him, Bandit has finally decided to use his skills for a good cause, rather than locking himself in his discomfort, and he is very grateful to Wigglytuff for having helped him, without knowing that the ghost of his Sister Flora had something to do with it. Thanks to them, Bandit became a better person, and started helping other criminals get back on the path to honesty, just like him.
Chatot and the other guild members -> Bandit initially hated them, just as they hated him too, and didn't understand why Wigglytuff was giving him a second chance. So when Chatot and the others did the morning motivational shout, Bandit stayed in his room and waited for everyone to leave, in order to join Wigglytuff. But little by little, Bandit gained the respect of the other members of the guild, and began to fit in, thus beginning to say his first shouts of motivation with them, or to go on exploration as a team. Eventually, all the members of the guild became his friends, and Bandit helps them better understand the motivations of certain criminals who, just like him in the past, can become better people with a little help and understanding. In return, the guild helps Bandit reintegrate into society so that he can once again become a pleasant person to be around. Win/win exchange.

8. Where does your pokemon live? Do they have a house? Live with a trainer? Etc.Currently, Bandit lives in a room in Wigglytuff's Guild in Treasure Town. Indeed, before recruiting him, Wigglytuff voluntarily set up an abandoned room away from the others, so that Bandit remains alone, and the latter is very grateful to him. This allows him to live directly in his new place of work and to be away from the other pokemon living in the guild. However, as his relationship improved, Bandit eventually moved on to a room closer to the others, though he completely abandoned his old house to stay in the guild. From his room, he can see the moon and he continues to howl on full moon nights. This embarrassed his roommates, until they got used to it.

9. What do your Pokémon do? Do they battle with their trainer, live on their own, explore in a guild, etc?Bandit once stole for a living, ever since he felt his sister's death was his fault because he took too long to raise the money. However, since Wigglytuff came to see him, Bandit works in an exploration team where he is the only member, simply because he is a lone wolf. Unlike other teams that aim to increase their rank and glory, Bandit does not really seek to make his team known, which is not quite official. Instead, he loves collecting money to boost his bank account, food to turn into juice at the Spinda cafe or going to help criminals. Yes, help, because his main mission is to find criminals to talk to them and understand their intentions. After that, if he finds that a criminal can be helped, Bandit does everything to help him and allow him to have a better life. Doing this, the Poochyena feels very useful.
Finally, despite a very chaotic start where Bandit almost felt forced by Wigglytuff, he is quite satisfied with his new job. The smiles and thanks of the people he helps are more than beneficial to him, and finally help him to mourn, something he was unable to do on his own.

10. What is your pokemons full moveset and when did they learn them?Play Rough -> Play Rough is his most recent attack, excluding Shadow Ball. He learned this when leveling up to level 46 when he fell into a dungeon's monster house trap. Surrounded by dragon pokemon, Bandit felt a bit trapped, but when he reached level 46, Bandit learned Play Rough which miraculously allowed him to survive with some HP. From then on, he was able to recover all the treasures, regenerate some life, then leave for the next floor. He also bragged several days about knocking out an army of dragons, being just a tiny little wolf, when it was all just luck. But shh, this is his secret.
Toxic -> Like any thief worth their salt, Bandit was looking for the greatest treasures, and he was made aware that a luxurious treasure was hiding deep in Shimmer Hill. In the end, the final chest only contained a Black Gummi which greatly pleased Bandit who entrusted it to Spinda to make a delicious juice. But his expedition will not have been as useless as that, because he found some CTs including Toxic that Bandit decided to learn to weaken his opponents, especially those of the fairy type of which he is weak. The expedition was very useful in the end!
Shadow Ball -> Story told earlier in quest number one. He learned it by finding the disk that contained it, and after much hesitation, finally decided to acquire it. Since then, it has been his favorite attack.
Crunch -> Bandit learned Crunch when he leveled up to level 34. He learned it straight away because he previously knew Bite which is a less powerful crunch attack. Since then, he is happy to be able to do more damage than before. After all, an improved attack is always better than a less powerful attack.
