This from the heartcatch ARPG, I'd heavily recommend checking out the OG post as the game has moved off of CS. I looked at the rules, "All old pokemon will be given the choice to be added to the new masterlist or not (unless they are Heartcatch Fakemon.) When you transfer your items into v.2, you will be given the choice to allow your old pokemon to be uploaded onto the new masterlist under the same Masterlist #ID name. If you choose not to add your pokemon (and are not Heartcatch Fakemon) you may get user + owner permission to void the pokemon from the ARPG." Which means you will be able to use this mon with the new version of the game.
