Please hear me out on this….Mac & cheese with a poached egg in the middle.
I know it’s weird to add another dish on pizza but it’s so good. Both pizza and Mac and cheese are very dynamic and customisable, so they pair well in a sense. You can still add whatever you’d like to a Mac and cheese pizza and it will still taste good. Having a poached egg with the runny egg yolk is really the cherry on top. The rich creamy texture seals the deal and it’s just a beautiful burst of flavor.
