“Pleeeeeeeeaaaassssssseee?” The tiny kit begged, dancing and bouncing around Mandrake’s paws. They stood up on their back legs and kneaded his coat, staring up at him with wistful and pleading eyes.

“Fine,” The water storkat huffed. He added, “But this is the last time, okay?” knowing it wasn’t.

The kit happily nodded, mewing their thanks as he sighed and made a circling motion with his forepaw, sending the water in the bowl swirling in a mini cyclone. When the kit went to touch it, it darted away, sending the little cat chasing after it for many hours, giggling the entire time.
