Writing comp: I'm a little late to the fandom game, but I finally finished watching Arcane (it's amazing) and was inspired by Jinx's aesthetic for this collie's design! Prompt: Jinx is awfully jumpy for a dog, plagued by anxiety most of the time. The only time she isn't an absolute neurotic goofball is when she's working. Jinx is a dog meant for a job; nose to the ground and she's a completely different animal. Most of her "challenges" come by way of her herding trials, and since she's zoned in, she faces them with grace beyond her ability. That being said, if she ever had to face an actual situation outside of the ring, she'd fold completely. Jinx would be the first to run and duck behind another dog, looking for comfort and safety. If she's not in her working mindset, she's the first to run tail and run.

show: named after the city of zaun. after it got taken over by a cruel crime boss and was flooded with shimmer and riddled with even more crime than it was used to.

kennel: named after one of jinx' quintessential weapons from the league of legends game. alongside fishbones and zapper. there are several theories if she named this minion after her childhood name from an otherwise dead-to-her sister and her girlfriend, or if it was simply because when it goes off, it makes stereotypical pow-pow-pow sounds as it fires... who's to know, really...?

Prompt: pow-pow is never the type to take on any situation head-first. she always has to think of some elaborate and, if we're being honest, often bad and underdeveloped plans (she is very antagonistic) and when things inevitably take a turn for the worst, she always shrinks into herself, unsure of what to do, especially if she's on her own. she has always seemed approval from, well, anybody, really, even if they aren't the most savoury of persons (*cough cough*) but as long as they show her support and love, she's all for it...except when she fails. she can't stand it if she fails...what will people think of her? what will they say to her? what if their love shrivels up and dies, just like her beloved plan? no, no, she'd much rather avoid than confront, even if that means getting out of the situation she often put herself in, by...any...means...necessary! she absolutely takes on the responsibility of reacting to situations in the worst way possible, and almost always freaks out, often making things worse for herself. oops! hopefully she's forgiven (she knows she will be but that doesn't ease her worries)!!

Her name is also a play on Oliver and Company, because ever since she was young she has been fascinated by stray dogs and cats, always attempting to escape from her comfortable lifestyle and 'rough it' for a little while, although she always comes back home, tongue lolling out, happier for having had her adventure.

Prompt: Ever since she was a pup, Tiffany has had a very can-do attitude! No challenge seems too large for her, and she actually relishes obstacles and difficulties because to her they aren't something to be feared, or something which could ever stop her - she sees them as merely a detour on her path to success! At least initially...

For example, she would never back down from a larger, tougher dog, no matter how scary they may be. She will raise her hackles, show her teeth, and duke it out with the best of them, which has led to her becoming something of a queen bee in the collie kennels at Lux Stars Estate.

On the other hand, she has developed a slight case of 'learned helplessness'. Whenever the humans are present, she tends to look to them for support and expects them to solve problems for her. She recently got a new puzzle, a box with various compartments that can be slid with the nose or the paw, revealing a treat. At first she was doing it herself but at one point she became stuck, pushing the wrong way and keeping the compartment tightly closed. Seeing this, her human came over and slid it open, trying to show her how it was done, but from that moment on Tiffany refused to do it herself, instead whining and looking over her shoulder for assistance. After all, why do something yourself when there's a human servant ready to do it for you?
