Through a series of honks I can decipher the chicoon wants to take me somewhere. I followed them, my legs slowly felt lighter till I felt as if I were floating, tho I didn’t look down, in case it would mess up anything. The wind picked up and my body was getting colder, but I still pushed on through the snow, but I slowly got warmer, and I eventually got into a sprint to catch up with the Chicoon; but instead of feeling tired, I felt perfectly fine! Eventually a scent hit my nose.... hot cocoa! I licked my lips from just the thought of that fresh hot cocoa, the hot liquid on my cold lips.

We eventually got halfway up a mountain! the smell of cocoa growing thicker in the air, as if the sky was the thing causing the smell! But I knew better and thought I was thinking way too much about hot cocoa and it was just intoxicating my brain with it's dreamy smell, so I decided to push on. We got to the top of the moutain.. and I saw it.. the Northen Lights! I watched them in amazement, my mouth agape at their beauty. Then I looked behind me and saw a huge tent! I walked inside and saw a bunch of chicoons! Some were making snowmen, some were drinking hot cocoa, and some were trying to catch the snowflakes comming from the top of the tent!; even tho the tent was fully sealed.

Suprise! The chicoon said, the first English word I've ever heard from a chicoon. I looked at them, then another chicoon that handed me some cocoa. I let out a small laugh as I felt the tingle on my nose from a snowflake landing on it. Today was good.

Its devotees uphold the holy and the divine, using magic only for good by driving away darkness wherever it creeps in. As a young Chicoon, Mimi has a natural affinity for this power. But unlike other magic users, she cared little for status. Instead she spent her time buried in books concerning the nature and workings of magic.

"They want to use us for the wrong reasons, and we will never stand for that. It sounded strange for something to be simultaneously a safe haven but also a place that demanded respect, but she wasn't wrong. As you follow her through the common ground, your gaze rests upon many Chicoons that were thought to be missing, or even worse, dead. Yet, they were standing right in front of you, alive and thriving. It was hard to keep your jaw closed as you look around in awe. "I totally forgot to introduce myself, my apologies! I am Mimi, head priestess of the order." Stopping in her tracks, she looks back at you, eyes gleaming with joy. It was suspicious that she could be so happy despite claiming that magic was being lost, and your trust in her starts to dwindle. It isn't until she explains to you the ways of the modern world that you start to understand the Order and its intensions.

"You see, magic is a unique force. Some types are less reliant on inborn talent and requires rigorous study and application, whereas some are just born with it. My magic? Well, it's dependent on me in order to work properly. I can't expect anything more than a tiny spark, even after years of study, unless I am helping others." And that was exactly right. Mimi is selfless, friendly and has the calmest demeaner you'll ever encounter.

At first, admittedly, you are confused. You stare upwards at the creature, perplexed but also curious. There is something calming about them, as well. "AH... hello! You ah...er..." Its hard to find the right words, how do you address something that seems from some other world entirely? Your reaction makes them smile, as then lean in closer to gently nuzzle your cheek.

"My name is Sirius! You made a wish, right? I am the one who helps grant wishes made by those who look at exactly the right star!" They wink, pleased. "Let me think... what was it? AH! You wished for a coat so you would be warm right?" You manage a nod, as a shaking hand stretched towards the soft creature. Must... pet...

"Well you're in luck! Hold still a moment, this won't hurt a bit!" They wave their tiny paws, a soft pastel cascade of colors coming down until... poof! You feel a rather warm jacket now secure around you! Suddenly, its not so cold at all anymore. "How do you like it? Pretty yeah?" You nod, amazed by it all. "Alright, I've gotta go back soon so-" You reach out, shaking your head.

"Just a bit longer huh? Well I AM pretty neat so... I guess I'll give ya with my presence a bit longer! Would you like to hear a story? I've got lots of them from the others I have granted wishes to..."

Sirius is an agent of Orion, a granter of any wishes that are asked upon their stars. To accomplish this, they have a great deal of magic as well as an energetic personality. They do get lonely at times, so it does not take much to get them to stick around a bit longer! That being said they take great pride in their work, and will never leave until a wish is fully granted to everyone's satisfaction!
