If it might burn you out trying to keep it running all year than keep it holiday exclusive/money only. If you think you can handle it then it would be cool to see them around even more!

Should Cervecro's remain exclusive, or be more active on a regular basis?: Honestly, they are designed in a way that they can be active on a more regular basis. To have them active all throughout fall and winter and then have them dormant (or hibernating maybe) throughout the spring and summer could be a good idea, especially since it will build up the hype of them a bit more if they are only active during a certain time of the year. Otherwise, everyone will think it's a good idea to have them year-round, but then the excitement will most likely die out, as it has for many other species on this site (open and closed).

TL;DR: Make them active throughout fall and winter and dormant through spring and summer.
