Prompt: Leafstep one of the original members of Ocean Clan, came as a young apprentice during the late autumn season. Once her first christmas rolled around, her favorite thing to do was play in the cold waters of the Ocean Clan beach. No one ever knew why she loved playing in the freezing water but she did happen to catch several colds at it's expense. Luckily, she recovered and still treasures the memory of simply swimming through the cold, salty waters of their bay.

Prompt: Bud holds a memory very dear to her, it was the winter Flowerpaw came back from being taken away by those birds. Bud thought it was the best Christmas gift she could get. Her daughter finally came back! After what seemed to be 20 moons, her daughter was finally back from those horrible birds! It was so amazing to her.

Sunnyside's fondest winter seasons memory is one that took back at her old cafe! It's moreso a general memory, but every wintertime at her old humans cafe they would bundle Sunnyside up in his cozy sweater (he has no complaints about this; it was nice and hand knit by the old couple running the cafe!), and let him run around in the cafes blocked in patio area to greet any guests arriving. Sunnyside loved doing her silly little dances and hops for the customers, even meowing to some and watching as they meowed (usually nonsense) back. Although she misses that fun time back then, she's glad to be able to spread her winter cheer to her fellow castle members.

Kotori, a small white kitten with faded spots of all kinds wrapped around xer body, was tumbling in the snow, and trying to get a grip on where and what xe were travelling through. This was Usahgi and Aster's first blood child, and seeing xem plop and fumble through there first experience of winter warmed there hearts, but what made it so special, is that Kotori's siblings, though not related by blood, leaped out of the den, and tumbled into the wonderland with there kin! Building snow forts, and playing tag, it felt like the first time the adopted children really accepted Kotori into the family.

Of course Script had gotten lost in the snow.
Comic trudged through snowbanks almost as tall as he was, cursing under his breath about how difficult it would be to find him - not just because of his height.
"Script?" He called, trying to peer over the top of a pile of snow, waiting for a response before he kept looking. The snow crunched under his paws as he followed along the path through the woods, having been left by others before he came down here.
"This isn't funny, Script! You know dad'll be mad if you don't come home!" He couldn't help the panic in his voice as he kept looking, beginning to fret. His brother couldn't have gone too far, could he?
As he mulled over it, he seemed to not hear someone coming up to him.
"BOO!"
"Wahgh!" Comic stumbled forward into a snowbank, and behind him, Script laughed loudly. "H-Hey!"
"Got you!" Script moved to pat him on the head with a paw. "What'cha doin?"
"Looking for you!" He replied, scrambling out of the snow. "We should get back home.."
"Aw, fine.."

Petalkit's eyes shine as the snow falls all around her. It melts on her fur, but she can't feel any cold with her layers and layers of thick fur. Beside her, Seedkit has taken the plunge into the deepest snowbank. Petalkit laughs. She peers past her sister to see her parents talking to Driftclan's valiant leader, Doestar. Beside her, Fernglare, the stoick deputy, gives her a sideways glance. He smiles at her and her sister, ever so slightly, and Petalkit beams back with pride swelling within her. The snow keeps falling as Petalkit enters her new life with joy.

the angels seemed to sing. the demons seemed to dance, dance in the unsteady rhythm of his own heart and the dainty crown laced within the ivory of his claws. he had to do this. it felt right... more than right. it was meant to be, under the breath of a winter solstice and the dreamy hues of dark skies. it was time.

time for him to change both of their paths eternally. his and hers.

Prompt:

Purring elapsed loudly over several minutes from a black tom curled tightly amongst piles of bamboo leaves, grass, flattened flowers, and several other greeneries that fought well against the cold despite being dead and detached from the plants and trees they came from. After a moment, the black cat was nudged softly by his mate, the pink leather nose pressing lightly on his forehead, and a gentle vibration from the golden cat's lips.

SunStar pressed. "Up my deputy, we have work to do."

"but your nest is so soft and warm."

The two sat quietly for another moment, enjoying the break from the cold weather thanks to the den walls, and insilation due to plants and other debris from the wilderness.

Members of cats of the round table will always line their nests with soft moss, feathers, or anything soft they can find laying about. Living in a castle has its perks when it comes to staying warm when sleeping though, as the old human things are still left around the castle. Some cats made their nests in old human beds, carpets, old pillows, some even making their nest in things like cupboards or shelves to keep any cold drafts out!
