- hair always has electricity coursing through it, though the amount can vary
- tail glows white and oscillates between pink and blue pulses when he's using a lot of electricity
- electric "heart" is squishy, but don't touch it, it'll electrocute you :)
- glitch effects can be disabled or enabled on command, he usually just has a slight chromatic aberration to him tho
