how has this year challenged or changed you?: This year has been a rollercoaster. I'm learning a lot about myself and maintaining a strong relationship, largely I'm working on my mindset and realising that I can't be in control of everything at all times. The chaos that was last year definitely made this year ... interesting.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: This year challenged me just as much as last year when covid started, maybe even more. Around March, my hours at work were suddenly cut greatly. Was making barely enough to pay rent and bills with almost nothing for food. Can say I'm now at a work job, but those months where I was making so little had hit me hard.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: I think I have learned to enjoy the smaller things more this year, and also notice how much friends and family have an impact on your life and sometimes it can be hard when you cannot see them.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: I started college this past term after a long gap in schooling, and finally moving on from some pretty bad events- it's been challenging but rewarding!

how has this year challenged or changed you?: school's been rough. first online classes last school year, and then back to full in person this year. It was a rough switch, and I still struggle with motivation issues. My mental health has improved since last spring though, and I'm grateful for that. I still struggle with social things due to my anxiety, but I'm hoping early next year I'll begin seeing a new therapist after months of not having one. I'm trying my darn hardest though, and doing my best to push through.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: This year I got married! It has been a big change learning to live with someone 24/7 as well as knowing that somebody loves me wholey and unconditionally. I have a whole new family that loves me and I get to know them and love them. It's an incredible change to go through, and I'm so glad I've gotten to experience it with my partner.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: this year definitely taught me i ought to have been taking better care of myself this whole time. my chronic pain has started to improve since i took actions to make it better, and while i'm not where i want to be, i'm getting better. it finally feels like there's a bit of light at the end of tunnel and i'm excited for what the future will bring, and what i'll bring to the future too!

how has this year challenged or changed you?: I've become more confident in myself, and though my bad habits still cause trouble sometimes, I've become a lot better at working- classes and work have been challening, but absolutely an enriching experience. I've also gotten better at letting myself get the rest I need.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: This year has been a challenge overall. Not only has my health wavered, but that of my grandma has as well too. I'd say I have been challenged more than ever in my life before this year, but I believe I've also made a lot of growth this year as a person.
