After taking a deep breath, the saltiness of the sea taking over his senses, he began to scan the ground for sea glass.

He loved to fill tiny glass jars with them and make them into necklaces that he wore himself and gifted to friends. The time he spent doing this was sacred to him as he walked the shoreline because for a few small moments, he was the only person in the whole world.
