When you have a token and you're ready to use it, post this form below! You'll be added to this page once your request is accepted. Remember to adhere to the species guidelines, and use the 'unapproved' cover when posting. Once it's been posted I'll double check that everything is correct and tell you when you can remove the cover. If there are any issues with your MYO that would not allow it to be approved, you'll receive a private message to go over any required changes.
