prompt; This goobie likes to do loads of mischievous things. A long time ago, he obtained the ability of magic on complete accident after stealing a load of magical artifacts which allowed him to do his mischievous acts even more efficiently and on a wider scale of worlds.
The spots on his fur turn into portals at will, which makes stealing a lot easier. He mostly steals stuff that looks shiny or expensive, or something he just likes.
He also uses his right paw to graffiti on the walls of some places, like alleyways, mansions, and other general spots that he'd deem fit.
He's been to jail a fair few numbers of time, but always managed to find his way out, he's a very sneaky criminal, often leaving no mistakes or traces, so he doesnt get caught often.

Streamer loves anything and everything retro and likes to cause lots of retro-related mischief wherever they go. When they go out, they bring a small round portable speaker with them and blast 80's and 90's EDM for everyone to hear. As soon as they hear someone start to complain though, they take off in their rollerblades, with the speaker still playing in their backpack. They always remember to stuff a bag of confetti in there too, throwing that behind them as they skate away. Their friends like to join in on their fun too, sometimes bringing extra confetti in their bags to cause an extra-large mess.

As much as they love running around and leaving parts of them where they go, Streamer does tend to feel bad inconveniencing so many people, so to combat their mischief, they take part in beach cleanups on the weekends. They would never leave their music behind though! You'll often see them with a large pair of headphones on when they don't have a speaker with them, with the music turned up so loud that you'd wonder how they haven't gone deaf yet. Often, you'll find stray bits of confetti left on the beach after they've been there, since it tends to stick to their fur and blend in with their patterns.
